Lila Pov
Going up the drive way surrounded by trees and grass, through the trees the driveway widens to a large house with large open windows. "Wow this makes my home look like a fairy house" I say taking in the exterior of the house. They smile slightly before getting out of the car, I get out and meet them by their front door, as we walk into the entry way I take off my shoes they look at me slightly confused "I don't want to track dirt into your home" I say shyly looking down at my pale yellow frilly socks. "I don't think Esme would mind " Alice said before walking up the stairs along with Rosalie Jasper and I.

Looking around with doe like eyes, we enter a large open living room with a large kitchen "you will have to wait till our dad comes home before we explain" Alice said before sitting down, I nod my head to show it was okay before sitting down on one of the chairs in the living room, we all sit in awkward silence before the sound of heels clicking on the hardwood flooring came closer and closer. In comes a woman with brown hair with highlights in her hair. She looks at me with a bit smile "you must be Lila?" She asks coming up to me.

Standing up from the seat "I am it's nice to meet you" I say in return as she brings me into her arms. I melt slowly into her hug, also hugging her back. "I'm Esme I'm their mother" she said pulling away. "Carlisle will be here soon, would you like food or something to drink?" She asks me. "No thank you miss" I say smiling "it's okay dear" she said walking to another seat, I sit back down the only sound in the room was the sound of the TV that was on but not many were watching. After a while the front door clicked open and foot steps get louder on the stairs before walking into the room he was tall blonde slicked back hair in a suit with a tie. Edward following behind him. "Hello Lila" the blonde man said giving me a hand shake "hello sir, I'm guessing your Carlisle" I say, he nods. We all sit back down.

"So we have to discuss something" he said sitting down next to Esme. I nod slowly "so our family isn't normal if you haven't caught on, there's no way to go about it, we are vampires but we are good we only feed off animals". He said holding eye contact with me, slowly before everything goes black. For what seems like seconds later I open my eyes to see a white ceiling, slowly sitting up I look around seeing the family looking at me concerned "what happened?" I asked shivering. "You passed out dear" Esme said wrapping a blanket around me and pushing a mug with steam slowly rising from its brim. "So it's the truth you're vampires?" I ask taking the mug sipping it and shivering slight as the warm tea enters my body.

They all nod "okay, I know it's hard for you to let me into your family and thank you for trusting me with your secret I promise I won't tell anyone" I say looking around at all of them smiling slightly "is there any questions?" Carlisle asked. " Only a few, do you guys sleep? Do you have powers like some so in a novel?" I ask tucking my feet under me. "Jasper, Alice and Edward have powers, Jasper can feel and manipulate emotions, Alice can see the future and Edward reads minds. We also don't sleep" Carlisle stated. "That's so cool seeing the future did you see me arriving?" I ask Alice she nods with a wide grin, I smile at her.

"Would you like to stay the night dear save you going home?" Esme asks sitting next to her ice cold stone line hand resting on my shoulder blades. "Really? Are you sure?" I ask looking around for a reaction. "Of course dear we wouldn't mind" she said nodding, I slowly nod before a loud rumble left my stomach. Feeling the heat rise to my cheeks, I look down into my lap. Hearing Emmett's booming laugh makes me look up seeing them laughing slightly. Esme leaves my side quietly before coming back with a sandwich on a plate "I'm sorry it's not much I only got this much today I would've gotten more but they said it was urgent we talked" She said with a small smile. I shake my head "it's okay honestly" I say grabbing her hand giving it a small squeeze before taking a bite into the sandwich.

We had watched TV till the sun started setting " I think you should start getting ready for bed you've had a long weird day" Jasper said from the left hand side of me. I slowly nod getting up from my spot holding onto the blanket like a cape letting out a small yawn. He holds out his hand, releasing the blanket with one hand and now holding it with on hand in the middle I take his hand. We walk slowly up the stairs till we reach a white, he pushed it open bringing me into the room, he shifts so I turn around and sit on the bed "I don't think anyones clothes are going to fit properly, but mine will have to do" he said walking over to his closet he pulls out a plain black shirt, he sets it next to me then leaves the room coming back with a brush and a packet of what looks like makeup wipes. "I will leave so you can change I'll be outside the door " he said leaving and shutting the door softly.

Getting up from where I sat I pull off my socks then my trousers, after that came off my shirt I pull the black shirt Jasper gave me over my head before folding my clothes and leaving them on a near by chair, I open the door peaking out "you can come back in now" I whisper. He looks down at me his eyes soften and a small smile is placed upon his face, he walks in closing the door again. I grab the wipes and stand by the mirror near his closet. I gently wipe away the makeup once it was all off I throw my hair into a high pony tail. When I turn around I see Jasper take a deep breath.

Feeling shy I look down before shuffling towards the bed sitting down beside him "that's a beautiful birthmark Lila" he said leaning forward to meet my eyes. I smile slightly looking up fully flushing at how close our faces are. "It's bed time don't you think I have to take you home so you can ready" he said getting up. I pull back the covers sliding into the bed "I think I might sleep over more often this is so comfy" I whisper bringing the blanket to my chin he chuckled before sitting back down, his hand rests on my head gently stroking the stray hairs "if that's what you want I don't mind at all" he whispers.

My feel my eyes slowly become heavy the gently stroking of my hair luling me to sleep.
