Walking through my home, feet clad with some black converse, as I place my phone into my back pocket of my jeans, the chime of the doorbell sings through the house. Stepping to the door, unlocking the door, seeing a Jasper and Emmett in baseball uniform. "Morning guys, why are you here?" I ask holding onto the door.
"We wanted to see if you wanted to join us for a baseball game?" Emmett spoke up. I tilt my head in wonder.
"I mean sure, I don't have much to do today, I'm curious to see how this game works" I said turning around, I quickly grabbing a jacket from the coat rack by the door. Locking the door behind me, hoping down the steps into a small puddle, both Jasper and Emmett hop into Emmett's jeep with ease, while I struggle slightly to climb into the keep. "You guys may need to carry a stepping stool or something this Jeep is too tall" I state buckling my seatbelt onc the door was closed. Emmett laughs shaking the whole car, Jasper laugh also fills the air, while I pout.
The journey up the mountains was rocky "bloody hell I think I could drive better than that up the hill, and that's saying something because I can't reach the pedals" I state jumping down out of the jeep. Emmett whips around with an offended face while I just smile at him. We all walk in stride till we get to the rest. "We are just waiting for Bella" Carlisle said. Raising an eyebrow "that's a shock" I giggle sitting on a damp stone. A few minutes past before Edward arrives Bella trailling beside him.
"Bella you're going to be the umpire" Esme says smiling with putting in the glove, "she thinks we cheat" Emmett jokes walking past "oh you definitely cheat Emmie" I state hopping off the rock. Emmett jokingly flips me off before we both laugh. The teams get ready, Rosalie goes first, hitting the ball she speeds around the bases but the ball is already in Esme's hand by the time Rosalie gets to the original base. "You're out" Bella whispers. Rosalie rolls her eyes before standing next to me as Emmett cheers.
Jasper takes his turn, flipping and twirling around as he walks to the first base, as he gets back to the base, the ball still not found, Alice turns to us "they're coming get the girls" she states approaching the family. Jasper brings me behind him and Emmett's back. A small gap between their arms I spot three people walking forward. "I'm guessing this belongs to you" the one man states, his dreadlocks flowing over his shoulder, he throws the ball back over. "We were being followed, we lead the humans away" he states. Carlisle's lips upturn slightly "we maintain a permanent residence and this my family" he states staring at the three nomads before us. "Want another game? I throw a wicked curve ball" the lady with bright orange hair. Emmett snickers, lightly. "Sure some of us was just leaving" Carlisle said.
Edward and Bella make a move towards the jeep, till a gush of wind passes. "You brought snacks" a man with blonde hair spoke leaning slightly, the family before me all get ready to fight if needed, I shift feeling eyes on me. "Looks like we will be leaving, James" the black man called Laurent states turning around with the lady retreating however James stays put staring at Bella and I. He turns around and heads back with the other two. Once they were gone all of us rush back to the cars that were scattered in the field. Jasper picked me up speeding to the jeep placing me in the backseat clipping in the seat belt. Bella is also pushed into the back seat.
"We added to his fuel, I read his mind he won't stop till he has you both, he's a tracker, this is a game to him" Edward states as we roll down the hill and speed down the road towards the town. "We need to get you both out of here" Edward also states.
"What about my dad? I can't leave him' Bella chirps beside me. We pull into the street of Bella's home, she goes into her home, Edward running around to her room while they are inside I look at Jasper. "Do we need to stop by my house, to get anything" I ask leaning forward towards him, he nods "you won't be here for a few days so a change of clothes" he said nodding I sit back and Bella gets into her own truck. We all drive away but Jasper detours to my house. I run inside after Unlocking the door, running to my drawers grabbing a hand full of underwear and socks in each hand, turning around to see Jasper with a backpack, chucking them in before grabbing some random clothes from the wardrobe. Grabbing other necessary items. We both run out locking the door behind us, we speed through the streets of forks till we skid into the garage of the Cullen's house.
Climbing out to see everyone rushing about, seemingly missing a conversation. "We'll take them south" Jasper said standing by the car. "Jazz I don't think that will work, he saw how you reacted towards towards me and how Edward reacted with Bella, he knows that you both would full with us" I say leaning against the counter.
"She's right, he knows that you wouldn't leave their side" Carlisle agrees. "I can take them south" Alice chirps grabbing the car keys from one of the counter.
"Can you keep your thoughts to yourself?" Edward broods, Alice simply nods. Getting into one of the cars. Looking over to Jasper with a small smile, walking over to him. "We'll be okay, don't worry, I know if anything does you guys will save us, I trust you guys, I don't know your past but I have a feeling that you know how to fight" I state looking up at him. He nods once the sentence had finished before wrapping his arms around my shoulders bringing me closer to him. Feeling his cold lips press against my hairline. My eyes widen and mouth slightly opens before I break into a grin. Pulling away from eachother I look up at him grinning, before turning away and rushing into the car, Bella climbing next to me. "We will figure this out, we can also talk about us when you are back" Jasper said leaning in the window of the car.
Simply nodding before the car pulls out of the garage.
