Sa tingin ko ay mas bata siya ng ilang taon kay Daddy kaya parang nahihiya pa siya sa akin. I'm not that into socializing to other people kaya medyo na-awkward tuloy ako. Siguro ay sampung taon lang ang agwat niya sa akin.
Naramdaman kong huminto ang van na sinasakyan ko kaya hindi ako makapag-hintay na makita ang venue. But because of the blindfold, I can't see it now.
Ano kaya ang naisipan nila Mommy ang ganitong pakana? Kinakain tuloy ako ng excitement.
I felt the van opened because of the sound so I guess we're already on the venue. I also heard some people talking about something, hindi ko alam kung ano. I also heard Mommy and Daddy's voice that made me smile. Atleast, alam kong safe ako.
Malay ko ba kung niloloko lang ako ng driver kanina! Apo ako ng isang Buenvaentura na nagmamay-ari ng isang kompanya!
"Are you okay, Mau?" mommy asked.
Obviously, I don't know what will I answer to her question. I'm in the middle of not okay and feeling great. Hindi ko alam, baka excitement lang talaga ang nararamdaman ko.
I can't wait to se my friends already!
"I think she's okay and feeling great, she's just... I think she's feeling excited deep inside." I heard Daddy's voice.
Pagkatapos no'n ay may yuamakap sa akin at nakapiring man ako ay alam kong si Mommy at Daddy ang gumawa no'n sa akin. Their perfume and their touch are already on my mind. I memorized it all.
"Mom?" I called because I think I heard someone is sobbing.
Anong nangyayari?!
"Who's crying?" Tanong ko at akmang tatanggalin na ang piring sa mga mata ko pero hinawakan ni Daddy ang kamay ko.
"Your Mom is just happy for you, Baby." Daddy told me and he even caressed my back with his hands.
Somehow, I'm feeling sad for Mom but the happiness inside me still wins. Bakit naman iiyak si Mommy?

May humawak sa likod ko at ang isa ay hawak-hawak naman ang kamay ko. Sa tingin ko ay si Daddy 'yon dahil sa kamay niyang naka hawak sa braso ko at sa amoy ng pabango niya. I walked slowly, hindi ko alam kung saan kami patungo kaya sinundan ko na lang si Daddy.

Nakapikit pa rin ang mga mata ko at dahan-dahang minuklat ang mga mata. Nag-adjusg pa ang mata ko dahil sa ilaw at laking gulat ko sa bagay na nasa harapan ko.

Hindi ko alam kung ano ba ang dapat kong maging reaksyon hanggang sa hindi ko na napigilan na mapaluha. Wala pa akong kahit anong nasa mukha katulad ng make-up kaya ayos lang.
I just can't help myself from crying because of the gown in front of me! Do I really deserve this thing?!
It was an elegant red gown, there are also butterflies and flowers that made it more beautiful. Ut was a tube-style gown that when I use it, it will reveal my chest a bit. My tears are still streaming down on my face and I keep on wiping it.
