I want to bluntly told her 'Obviously, you're already talking,' but I'm not a rude person so I chose to shut my mouth and let her be on the spotlight. Oo, siya ang nasa spotlight ngayon dahil pati ang iilan kong kaklase ay tinitingnan siya.
The audacity of her to come here? Wala na ata siyang hiya na natira sa sarili niya at ako pa ang pinuntahan. She's blessed that I'm not like the other girl who would slap her hard for kissing their boyfriend. I am obviously not like them. I am not like her.
"Sure," I said and I nodded to my boy friends.
Nasa likod ko kasi sila ng makita nilang pumunta sa harapan ko si Lalaine. I'm fluttered of their concern towards me but this is not the right time to thank them.
"Kausapin ko lang siya," sambit ko na parang isang closed friend na matagal ko ng hindi nakikita ang kakausapin ko.
"Mag-ingat ka," ani Kael sa akin kaya tinanguan ko siya.
Hindi na rin nagsalita pa sila Callix sa sinabi niya, kung normal na araw ito at paniguradong tinukso na naman nila ako kay Kael. But today is different. Sa tingin ko ay mag sakunang darating o kakarating pa lang? I don't know and I don't have an idea of why she went here out of the blue.

I stayed on my composure and controlled my feelings and expression. Hindi ako maaring gumawa ng bagay na ikakapahamak ko dahil ako lang naman ang magsa-sakripisyo pagkatapos.
"Let's go back to why are are you here? Obviously, Lalaine, you're not here to ask me if I'm okay." tugon ko sa kaniya.
Ngumiti siya ng malawak pero kahit anong ekspresyon sa mukha ko ay inalis ko. I can see the real her, finally, she unmasked herself.
"If you're assuming that I will die today or sooner, sorry but I'm not. Iyon ata ang matagal mo ng pinagdarasal simula ng malaman mong may girlfriend na ang childhood boy bestfriend mo?" I asked her.
