Arranging a date

Dianne's POV
Today Joe and I were going to Noah's to arrange a date for the court case, I still couldn't believe that it was happening.
"Dot, are you ready to go"? Joe asked with Safire in his arms.
"Yep" I said and then I grabbed my bag and we made our way out of the door. We dropped Safire off at Ben and Amy's and then carried onto Noah's.
When they are at Noah's
I knocked on the door and waited for a reply
"Is that joe and Dianne"? Asked Noah.
"Yeah it is" said Joe.
"Come in, doors open" said Noah so Joe pushes the door open and we went inside, Noah came over to us, he was looking around.
"Looking for something"? I asked.
"Where's Safire" asked Noah.
"Oh come on! You seriously didn't think we'd bring her with us" said Joe.
"Is that why you asked us to come over instead of just sorting this out on the phone"? I asked.
"Ummm, yeah and anyway you guys are gonna have to get used to not seeing her" said Noah.
"So you really think you're going to win this case, I mean who do you have to back you up"? Joe asked.
"My mom, who do you have"? Noah asked.
"Oh we've got someone" said Joe.
"Who? Alice" said Noah
"Yes Alice" said Joe
"Do you really think she'll back you guys up"?! Said Noah.
"Oh come on Noah let's get real, she doesn't want you taking custody of Safire anymore than we do" said Joe.
"Look let's just sort things out" said Noah.
After they have sorted things out
Joe and I were just about to leave after a long discussion.
"Well before we go I'll give you one last chance to think about my offer, you have my number, so call me if you change your mind, if not I'll see you at the case on Friday" said Joe and then we made our way to Ben and Amy's and then home.
