Should we keep her?

Dianne's POV ( continuing from previous chapter)
"So what are gonna do"? Joe asked
"I don't know, I mean we could keep her" I said.
"But we don't have anything prepared" said Joe as he placed back into her pram.
"Well I know but I'd hate to think of what might happen to her if she gets put into the care system" I said.
"Yeah guess you're right" said Joe.
"Plus she is cute" I said.
"Really cute" said Joe looking over at her.
"So have we made a decision"? I asked
"Yes, we're keeping her, although we'll have to find someone to look after her while we get everything sorted" said Joe.
"Um, I can see if Ben and Amy can take her, I mean they should still have their cot or Moses basket from Faye and I'm sure they won't mind having her just for a few nights" I Said and then I phoned them and explained the whole situation.
"They said it's fine" I said
"So we're really doing this" said Joe
"Yep I guess we are" I said.
"So does this make us parents now"? Asked Joe
"Yeah I guess it does" I said.
"Alright mom" he said with a chuckle.
"Dad" I said giving him a nod and smile.
