Being Risky

I wake up, dizzy, and nauseous as hell. I don't remember a thing after I started drinking. I hear a door open and I open my eyes. "Jaden?" He smiles. "Good morning." I look around the room, realizing I am in Jaden's room. "What happened?" He smiles. "You drank. A lot." I sit up and my head starts pounding. "I can feel." I look down to see I am in one of his tshirts and mads shorts. "Did you?" He looks confused. "That could go two ways. Did I change you or... do stuff with you?" I widen my eyes, looking at him. "Both" He smiles. "No to both." I sigh in relief. "No offense" He laughs, "None taken." I lay down and put my hands on my head. "My head hurts so bad." He lays next to me. "Here." He reaches in his drawer next to him and grabs a bottle of Ibuprofen. I smile. "Thank you." He goes in his mini-fridge to get a bottle of water and lays back down. I take the pill and close my eyes. "Who changed me?" He laughs. "Mads and Avani." "While I was asleep?" He shakes his head, "No, they woke you up." "I don't remember." He laughs, "Of course you don't." he throws his arm around my waste and lays his head on my chest. I freeze for a second and then play with his hair. "Did I tell you why I moved here?" "No, I was going to ask you but I didn't want to take advantage of you drinking your pain away and then I ask a question you don't want me to know." I smile. It's silent for a few minutes. "My dad is an alcoholic. He abused me here and there. Not often. I came home when he was drunk the day before I moved here and he kicked me out." Jaden exhales, "Y/n, I am so sorry." I shake my head no and close my eyes. "Don't be. I'm kind of glad. I'm not in that house anymore and now I live here. It is so much better." I feel his smile pressed against my chest. 

I hear the door open and see Mads and she closes it quickly but quietly. "Get your ass in here!" "Hm?" Jaden says and looks up to see Mads open the door. "Oh." He lays his head back on me. Mads opens her mouth wide and gets all happy. I smile and shake my head, trying to hold in my laugh. She clears her throat, "Bryce wants you, Y/n." I sigh, "Okay I'll be there in a second." She smiles and leaves the room. "He isn't drunk anymore. Remember that. What he says, he means it." I smile at Jaden and leave the room. "Where's Bryce?" I ask quinton and he points me to the backyard. 

"Hey." I say as I close the door. I turn around and he pulls me into a hug, "I am so sorry." He says. I smile, "Bryce, I know you are. You were  drunk." He smiles. "I just wanted to let you know that's not what I think, okay?" I smile and nod, "Okay." "My favorite Hall!" I turn to see Josh and I smile. He hugs me. He watches Bryce go inside and when he closes the door, Josh looks at me. "You and Jaden?" I look at him confused. "Oh come one, everyone knows he likes you. Bryce is blind but everyone else knows" I shake my head, "I don't like him." Josh looks at me with a straight face, "C'mon buddy, I'm your best friend. Everyone knows you guys were cuddling. Again, except Bryce." I nod and sit down at the pool and put my legs in the water. "Doesn't mean I like him. Well, you and I cuddle on the couch sometimes." He shakes his head, "well that is different" I nod, "So is me and Jadens cuddling." he shakes his head again. "Wait, how did you know we were cuddling?" He clears his throat, "Uhm, Mads told the (you and Jaden's ship name) Fanclub" I look at him laughing, "Who is in that?" He looks away from me. "Uh, everyone in the house + some in the hype house that were here last night except you, Jae, and Bryce." I groan.

 "Sorry to burst your bubble but never gonna happen." I stand up and pat his back. I walk to the door and turn to Josh again as he speaks, "We'll see" I open the door still looking at josh, "I hate you Josh" I smile, "I love you too" I go into the house and bump into Jaden. Shirtless Jaden. Shirtless in grey sweatpants with a chain Jaden. I look him up and down accidentally. "Never gonna happen, huh?" I smile. "Like you actually care if it does." I go to walk to my room but he grabs my arm. "I do." I look at him confused, "You are clearly hungover." He shakes his head and pulls me closer to him. Very close. "I drank way less the your ass and you arent even that hungover anymore." I look into his eyes. Which, by the way, looks amazing in the sunlight. I go to look at his lips but close my eyes as I catch my self. I take a deep breath and sigh. I open my eyes and hes looking at my lips. "Jaden..." I sigh. "what?" he keeps looking at my lips. "Bryce will find out." "Bryce went out. Or is that an excuse to just not kiss me?" I stay silent. It wasn't an excuse. I don't know why I didn't say anything. "Right." He lets go of my arm and goes outside. I go to my room and when I close my door and scream in my pillow. I look up and see Mads, "You are mad you didn't kiss him. You wanted to kiss him. You like him." She gets excited. "It's not like he'll like me after that. I flop on my bed. "I won't tell him you like him, I'll just tell him to talk to you." I look up, confused and she isn't in the room.

I have my eyes closed and I feel the bed sink next to me. "Can I tell you about my day?" I smile at Jaden's voice. "Yeah." I say. He sighs, "I think I messed up with this perfect girl." I open my eyes, looking at the cieling. "How so?" He turns his whole body, facing me. "I had this strong urge to kiss her and then she just rejected it." I sigh and face him. "She must be pretty stupid." He smiles. "Yeah, she is stupid. But I'll respect her decision and wait to see if she'll ever kiss me." I smile "Good luck with her" I say as he sits up and walks to the door. He goes to walk out but I stop him. "Jaden?" I say walking over to him. He turns around and looks at me. I take his hand and pull him back in my room and close the door and kiss him. He doesn't kiss back for a second, probably shocked, but he eventually does. I pull away and he smiles. "Don't tell a single soul" he nods and smiles. "Wasn't planning on it. I heard Josh say they have a whole club thing. I tell one of them, everyone knows. Including Bryce." I smile. "Bye Jaden." I open the door. "Bye,"  he bites his lip. Mads walks in my room and closes the door quickly. "Did you guys just? Kiss?" I shake my head, "No?" she smiles. "Oh my gosh, you guys totally did!" I look down at my feet. "I won't tell anyone. I promise." She sticks out her pinky and I smile as I link them. 

"Do you think it is weird we both like each other and met like three days ago?" I say as me and Mads are sitting on my bad as we scroll through Instagram. "It's love at first sight" She smiles and I throw a pillow at her, "No, it is not." She shrugs. "You'll find that out soon." We talked a bit more and both fell asleep on my bed.
