A normal day

"Wake up love birds!" I get woken up to Bryce popping party powers and confetti landing all over me and Jaden as he turns on the lights. I groan and cover my face as my eyes gurt from the light. "Bryceeee" I sit up and throw a pillow at him. "No, but, really, get up. It's already 1 pm. See you in the living room, Y/n. You too, qt." He blows a kiss at Jaden and slaps his own butt and leaves the room, closing the door. "He's going to be so annoying now with us." Jaden shrugs, "At least he approves and we don't have to hide us." I smile and kiss him. I pull away and look at his eyes. He smiles and moves the hair that was in my face behind my ear. He places his hand on the side of my face and kisses me. "Good morning, Y/n." I smile and stand up. "Good morning. I am going to go to my room and get changed." He stands up in front of me. "You can keep my shirt. Do you want sweat pants or something to walk past them?" I smile at him, I am just so happy. "Sure" I nod. He hands me a pair and I slip them on. "Okay, go change, Dork." I act offended and he laughs and pushes me out his room gently. On the way to my room, I walk past everyone "Awhhh shes all 'Jadened' out, how cute" Josh points out and Mads runs to me. She grabs my arm and walks us to my room and she closes the door quickly. "You guys had sex?!" She smiles. I look at her confused and walk over to my closet. "Uh, yeah... how do you know?" She sits on my bed. "Bryce told everyone. No one said anything about it because they don't want to embarrass you. Well, Anthony and Josh told them not to talk about it with you." I smile and grab shorts. I take off the sweatpants and put on the shorts. "How was it? Was he nice to you? He better have been or I will beat him up." I smile. "Yes, he was nice to me. Uh, also, I am sorry about all this. I don't like talking to you about liking your ex." She smiles. "Don't be sorry. Me and him are way better off as friends and I am his wingman now. I don't think he could've ended up with someone better. Plus, if I didn't like it I wouldn't be here so often or even ask you about it or be near you. Don't feel bad." I smile and hug her. "I love you mads." She pulls away. "I love you too." we go to leave the room and she turns to face me, "Speaking of love... Do you love Jaden?" I sigh, "Mads..." She shakes her head "Don't feel bad. It's okay if you do. I would be extra happy for you guys." I smile, "Yeah. I think I do." She smiles. "Why?" I ask but then I remember Bryce telling Jaden he'll ask Mads to ask me if I love Jaden." She shrugs, "Just wondering" I nod and we leave the room.

 "There they are!" We both do a spin and laugh. "Hi" I smile as I lean against Bryce and steal one of his fries. "Fries for breakfast? Gross." I look at him. "And what did you have for breakfast?" He looks away from me, "Psshh, definitely not fries." I nod and smile, "Right." I say as I take another fry. I was kind of expecting to feel an awkward tension between everyone because of me and Jaden but everything was normal. We are all talking and laughing and bonding. Something I really needed after living with my dad for a while. "When we were little, y/n used to have a crush on  my old best friend and she was, like in love with him, but anyways... she always talked about kissing him and stuff." Bryce is like, the only one laughing. "Right." I pick up my food and throw it out and walk outside. "Y/n.." I turn around, "Bryce." He walks up to me. "I am sorry. Seriously. I forgot about it and Jaden so I just said it." I shake my head, "But it had nothing to do with the topic we were on!" He sighs, "I know.  I know. I am sorry." I look at him, "It's fine." Jaden walks outside. "I'll uh, go in." Bryce goes inside. "Don't give him shit for it." He sits down by the pool. I sit down next to him. "I know, it's just annoying." He shrugs and looks at me. "He probably just isn't used to his best friend and sister having a thing." I nod and look at Jaden's eyes. "I know. It's just annoying because I don't want you to think anything or something." He laughs a little bit. "Y/n, It's okay. I thought it was funny you were gushing to your brother you wanted to kiss his best friend." I smile and look away. "I won't be bothered by anything he says about you. Because there will be more. He's your brother. Unless of course he says like yo cheated on me or something." I laugh, "Good thing you'll never hear him say that. I better never hear him say it about you." He smiles and kisses me, 'You won't"

I'm laying down in my bed because I am tired. I've been trying to sleep for about an hour or two now. I then get a text from Jaden telling him to come to the kitchen. I look at the time its 4:47 am. I get up and throw my hair in a messy bun. I open my door and quietly go to the kitchen. "Hi" I whisper as I turn the corner to the kitchen to see Jaden on his phone, leaning against the counter. "Hi" he smiles and puts his phone down and opens his arms for a hug. I walk over and hug him. "I couldn't sleep without you." I smile and look up at him. "I don't think I could either."  He smiles and kisses my forehead. "Do you want a drink?" He says as he goes into the fridge. "I am okay, thank you though." I sit on the counter and he walks over to me. He takes a sip of his water and places it next to me. He stands in between my legs and smiles at me. "You're so cute." I smile at him and place my arms around his neck. "So are you." He places his arms around my waist. He starts kissing me so I kiss back, obviously. Who wouldn't? He slides his hand down the side of my thigh and I smile, breaking the kiss. "We should go to bed." I smile and nod. "Come to my room." I say as I get off the counter and I grab his hand. "Okay." He smiles and we go to my room. I lay down and he lays down next to me. I was about to drift off to sleep but then Jaden says "Hey, Y/n?" I smile. "Hey, Jaden." He smiles too. "I was wondering if you wanted to go on a date tomorrow night. Theres a fair on the beach and I wanted to bring you but also make it a date." I smile and kiss his cheek, "Of course I would." he kisses the top of my head and we drift off to sleep.
