Tharn's POV

"... and I thought you're not scared of him?" I asked my future wife.

"Babe, just a bit. I don't know how to explain yet." He was so confident last night, but it changed when Bright mentioned his grandfather.

"Explain what? About how you left your house years ago?"

"No, babe. That I'm gay. Shit! I'm the first in the family. I don't know how to tell him."

"Easy. Tell him you met a drop-dead gorgeous guy, and you can't help to fall for him."

"Where is that gorgeous guy you're talking? I haven't met him yet." He can still mock me even his obviously pale already. "Babe, just stay here, okay? I'll come with you tomorrow."

"Fine, make me stay then." I challenged him.

"I know how to make you. Later, babe, I promise." He winked.

"What the hell?" Bright hissed. "You are flirting with each other in front of me?"

"Then don't listen, such a nuisance. Is that all you have for us?" Type asked his annoying friend.

"And I'm here for breakfast as well." The thick-faced guy announced.

"Then let's eat already so you can leave." Type replied.

"Is that how you treat your best friend?" He is very rude to me but acts differently to Type.

"as if I treated you better before." Bright frowned. "I'm kidding, Bright."

"Hey, don't smile at him, baby." Type just laughed.

"Possessive much? Did you forget that you met another guy behind my back, babe?"

"If you meant Zee, you know already why I met him, and you know... "

"Babe, stop explaining. I'm kidding, okay?" I just hugged him and kissed his forehead. "Stop it."

"I just forgot my morning kiss." I sweetly kissed him on his lips.

"I'm so done here. Forget about the breakfast. Give me your number, so I don't need to come here for this information next time."

"No way. There's no way he's giving you his number." I told that guy.

"Then how about replying to my FB messages? I messaged you. At least seen it. You don't even read it." Bright was annoyed.

"Hehe. Tharn is using it also." He sheepishly smiled at his friend.

"Oh damn it. How can you stay with this controlling, manipulative bastard?"

"Hey, be careful with your words. I gave him all the rights. Right, babe?" Can I pat Type's head now? Very well said, baby.

"Just protective is the right word." I told him.

"Then how can I contact you?"

"Give him your business phone number, babe." Type asked me.

I need to filter all his messages for my baby. What if he flirts with him? I can't let him. I walked towards the kitchen and pulled a calling card placed just on top of our fridge.
"Important message only." I reminded him.

"I'll invite you to late-night football some other time with our old team. I know you misses it."

"Stop dreaming, Bright. You should be thankful I let you in here. I'm so busy that I can't even come with him to that nonsense games."

"I'm not inviting you, oldie."

"Can he go out without me? You bet."

"Type, can you just go back to your home? This guy is not good for you. I promise you have no life here." Bright seems to hate me, and I don't care.
