Chapter 26 wishing well

Type's POV

I had a very good sleep last night. I was about to stretch my arms when I saw Tharn holding my hand.

I feel safe with his presence. I feel very comfortable.

Was he really my boyfriend? Is that why I don't feel anything from Thanya?

He is so handsome. His face was sculpted perfectly. There is no doubt to that. I stopped myself from touching his face.

"Baby, my kiss?" He is talking while his eyes are still closed.
"Good morning kiss?" He asked again. When he noticed I didn't react, he pulled me from where I was lying. I was on top of his hard body. He kissed me on my lips.

"Good morning." He greeted.

This is quite awkward. Thanya saw us and covered her eyes.

"Don't be shy, babe. This is how you always greet me in the morning." He smiled sweetly.

"Anyway, I need to take a call. Is there a good signal here?" He asked Thanya because I was still on the floor, left dumbfounded.

"You stand there on the corner. There should be a signal on that spot." Thanya pointed to the spot where we could only send messages.

He called someone.

"Cancel all my appointment this week. Tell them I found my wife."

He called another person again.

"Send me some of my clothes and also Type's luggage at the back of the car. I sent you our location."

The way he talks sounds very authoritative.

I was getting ready for work when he held my hand.

"You're not going to work."

"Hey. I need it." I need to pay for our debt in the hospital and Thorn's maintenance.

"I don't know why you need that money so much, but I can just give you any amount." He placed his very thick wallet on the table full of cash and cards. He also took his watch off and put his keys on the table. "As I said before, anything I have is yours too. How much do you need?"

"Good for you that you're rich. But I have pride as well. I'm not going to take anything from you." Am I a gold digger before I lost my memories?

"Baby, that job is too dangerous for you. I'm afraid you'll get into an accident again because of that. You never worked all your life, and you love shopping the most." He looks so sad looking at me.

"When are you planning to go home, Tharn? This place doesn't suit you." I just changed the topic.

"You don't belong here as well... And I'm telling you I'm not going home without you."
Is he for real? There is a thing about him that makes me wanna believe everything he says.

"I'm not gonna leave here until we pay all the debt." I said.

"Then let's pay for everything. That easy."

Is he for real? Even earning three thousand a day, I won't be able to pay it for years.

After a few minutes, men in suits arrived with luggage and food.

"Let's take a bath. Then we'll go directly to the hospital. Okay? Let me pay for his therapy as well. Then we're done here." Tharn suggested. Therapy for Thorn? Thanya would be so happy for that.

"You can take a bath outside. There's a comfort room at the back. But don't expect me to get water for you."
I accompany him to where the well is located. "Fetch your water there."

"Is this clean? How can I get the water there?" He looks confused.

I demonstrated how to do it. He did the same thing as well. But I was left confused why he tossed a coin inside the well.

"Hey, this is not wishing well. You're polluting the water."

Tharn just smiled and squeezed my cheeks softly.

"You're so beautiful, babe. I just wished for you to remember me quickly. I really miss you."

He is really in love with the way he looks at me. I don't know why my heart is beating fast like this.

He bathed beside the well. He took off his shirt and was just wearing his boxer shorts.
I stare in awe of him. He is so confident showing his body outside. Thanya grabbed me and told me I was being obvious.

"Obvious of what?"

"Your boyfriend is hot, isn't he?" She teased me.

"I am not thinking that. I wanna know why he chose to bathe outside." I left her and grabbed the pale so I could use it inside the comfort room. I need to freshen up as well.

"Let me do that for you, babe. You're not well yet." His words really affect me. I just let him do it instead since he insisted.

I met Thanya's eyes again. She's smiling with her hand forming a heart shape.

When I entered the house, he gave me a suitcase full of clothes.
"That's yours. Change."

I opened it. It was full of expensive clothes. I tried wearing a pair of shirts and pants. I looked way hotter. I imagined myself driving in this outfit. It will be awesome.

"You look good as always. Pack everything you need to bring because we are going home after we settled all the bills."

I look at Thanya and Thorn. They both nodded.

"Can I stay here until I remember everything? Please."

"Please, baby, don't make it hard for me. We can visit them if you want to. But can you just stay with me? I've waited enough. I need to do everything to make you remember everything. Please." He pleaded.

"But we'll come back here?" I asked.

He agreed with my condition.

We settled all the bills as promised.

"Thanya, I'll be back" I hugged her. "Get well, Thorn." I patted his head.

"Don't forget about us, Tee. You're always welcome at our house."

I sat beside him in the backseat, staring out the window absently, when he pulled me gently to his body.

"You need to sleep, babe. This will be a long trip." I unconsciously rested my head on his shoulders and woke up lying on a couch inside a very beautiful house.

I am at home now.
