I wake up next to a note. Harold is gone. I sit and take the note: See You Soon. =)

A small smile paints my lips and I stretch my arms. I check the time on my phone. It is 7am. I only have thirty minutes to get ready for school! Darn!

I quickly wrap a towel around me and get a random bra and underwear. I open the door and run to the bathroom. I shower and get my uniform on. I put my wet hair in a pony tail and run downstairs.

I see Angel standing with her eyes glued on the phone. She has white earphones on.

I poke her arm, "hey."

She looks at me after rolling her eyes. "What?"

"Are you going to take me to school?" I ask.

"Yeah, just waiting for Harold," she answer and goes back to her phone.

"Done! Let's go," Harold yells. I turn to see him running down the stairs.

He smiles at me, "hey."

"Let's go," angel says.

We arrive to school. Austin is waiting for Angel at the parking spot we parked.

"Hey babe," he says. Angel hugs him and kisses him.

"Yuck!" Harold chuckles and pushes Angel to the side. I smile, "bye angel."

Harold and I walk into the school. I sort of get sad. We can't do the things normal couples do. Wait, are we a couple? I look at Harold as we walk towards my class. He can't be my boyfriend. As much as we like and are attracted to each other, we can't be anything.

I frown as my thoughts go more negative. Was breaking up with Roger a good thing? What is this that Harold and I have?

"Okay, well see you in lunch okay? I will buy it for you," Harold smiles. I nod. "Thanks."

He quickly looks to all sides and kisses me. "You look cute." He walks away. I sigh and think to myself, "Am I screwing myself?"

Mr. Deleware starts the class.

"Okay, we will work on the MLA format so we can write a good essay for the next story," he says. He rolls his sleeves to his elbows. He has a long sleeve black tshirt. He looks handsome today. I wonder if he has a girlfriend. Maybe he has a lunch date today. I want a lunch date too.

I guess I got lost in my thoughts because suddenly everyone is looking at me.

"Ms. Cassie," Mr. Delaware says firmly.

I look at him as he walks towards me. "Yes?"

"I asked you a question about citation. You ignored me. I asked if you were well and you ignored me. So now I ask, is the thought you are thinking more important than my lecture?" He asks.

Darn, he is upset. "Umm, no. Sorry."

He grins, "alright. Well listen. I don't want you to be asking questions if I already covered the information. Got it?"

"Yes sir," I say.

He turns to a Chinese girl. "Miss, what is the proper way...."

Class goes on and soon the class is over. The bell rings and I get up.

"Ms. Cassie, stay we need to talk," Mr. Delwware says.

I stop walking and go back to sit in a front desk.  Everyone leaves and Mr. Deleware looks at me like if I cheated on a test.

"So, why were you lost in thought?" He asks. He leans against his desk with his hands inside his gray pants.

"Just, sorry," I answer.
