The next morning Agnes was leaving. "You have my my number. " I hugged her. "Bye. " Bryan said and hugged her. You guys were awesome!" She smiled. "Your taxi is here. " Margo came up. "Bye!" Agnes said hugged me one last time.
At lunch it was awkward. It was just me and Bryan. "I miss Agnes. " I lightly said. "Well damn. I'm sorry I'm not enough. " Bryan begun laughing. "Bryan, this isn't funny! I really miss her. " I told him serious. he got up and say by me. "I'm sorry. " He smiled and held his arms out. "Bring it in. " He said wiggling his finger. I hugged him and he held me to him.
"You know I'm still here right.... " Bryan said randomly one day. We were outside on the patio. "Yes of course. " I smiled and nodded lightly. "Well you barley talk anymore." He sighed as we slowly swung. "Yea. I think all this therapy is getting to me. " I softly say. "I miss your smile." He lightly say turning his face to look directly at me. i blushed. "Wow. You look really cute blushing. " He smiled. I turned redder. "Oh god. " He laughed shaking his head. "What?" I asked lightly. "I got this feeling like I, should kiss you. " He explained with a playful smile. "Well I have this feeling I shouldn't stop you if you were to kiss me." I played along. He leaned in and right before his lips got mine his hand went to my chin tilting my face up a little. The kiss was sweet and soft. We pulled back a inch but our lips went back together this time moving. "Okay." I say moving my head blushing. his lips pressed against my cheek. "Smile sweetie. " He whispered holding my thigh. I looked up and smiled at him. "You're sweet. " I whispered. "You taste sweet." he smiled larger. "Okay. " I I quickly said stood up. "Bye karma. " He looked up bitting his lower lip. "Bye Bryan. " I simply said running off.
At group I couldn't stay awake. I don't know why but I was super tired. "You okay?" Bryan asked me after group. "I'm so tired. " I say trying to get up. I fell back and Bryan grabbed my wrist. "Hey there. " Bryan said keeping me up. E pulled me on my feet. My hand went to my forehead. "What's wrong?" He asked upset. "I don't know. " I said slow. "I'm gonna call Margo. " He said sitting me on the couch. "No please Bryan. " I closed my eyes. "No. We don't know what's going on." He said. I squeezed my eyes closed and stood up fighting the floating feeling. "I'm just tired. " I sighed and everything went black.
i woke up in a familiar place. A hospital. "Hello karma. " A doctor came in. "Am I dying?" I asked. My body felt like it got hit by a semi truck. "You need to drink more water Ms. Jewels. " The doctor came in. "Yea. " I sighed. "we're discharging you to go back to the rehab but make sure you keep yourself hydrated." He explained.
I arrived back at the rehab and saw Bryan at the entrance. "Hey. " He hugged me as soon as I stepped foot in. I hugged him back. "What's going on?" He asked gently. "I was dehydrated. " I softly said. He held my face and smiled. "You little dork. " He laughed. "You had me so worried karma!" He laughed. I smiled and he closed the space between us stroking my face. Then he leaned down kissing me. His hands moved down crooking his arm around my neck and his other hand went to my waist. Our lips moved together and I was slowly emptying myself into him... "uhm. " A voice said. We jumped and there was Margo. "Welcome back karma. You two know the rules. You guys are not to be around each other. This is not a place of hookup and sex! It's a place of healing!" She went off. "Okay I'm going to my room. " I shrugged.
