Lisa's POV
I woke up around 5am still, I didn't bother working out since I did twice yesterday.
I took a cold bath to wake up my senses and my sleeping body. I stepped out of the shower and changed into casual clothes since Jennie is still sleeping. I went down stairs to grab some cold water. I was about to head to the living room when I saw the gym room had their lights on.
If Jennie's sleeping, who's using the gym? Mr. and Mrs. Kim didn't authorised anyone except me and of course Jennie.
I went to check who's using the gym and to my surprise, It was Jennie, working out.
She saw me.
she motioned her hands, telling me to get inside.
I went in, she approached me dripping wet with her sweats.
"We're attending a party later, 7pm, at the grand hotel, I need you to wear something not bodyguard style. I got you some clothes, and be prepare, my glam team will be here around 10am" she said. I simply nodded.
she went out of the room leaving me alone.
I headed outside and into the meeting room to brief the security I'm bringing for the event later.
I am bringing 5 other agents, Agent Park, Agent Lim, Agent Chen, Agent Sy and Agent Jil.
I briefed them with the event, I placed a blueprint of the hotel where the event is happening.
"Park, and Lim, you're assigned outside the hotel, Chen, you're going with me, Jil and Sy, you're assigned on the inside the venue, if there's a threat or anything would happen inside the venue, I need you to take Jennie to the basement, I'm putting a bullet proof car, I put Rain as the driver, you'll head to the hideout, protect Jennie at all cost and do not leave until I arrive, and if I won't make it, I'll place a chip device on Jennie's dress indicating that it's safe, okay? I need you guys to be alert, if something happens, you know what's next" I said.
they all nodded. I opened a hidden box and revealed guns of different types. they took their guns and prepare it for later.
I went back inside the house and straight to my room. I opened my gun suit case, and revealed different types of guns. I took two hand gun, 4 mag loaders full of bullets, a throwing knife and a hunting knife.
I cleaned my equipments when I heard a knock.
I headed towards the door and saw Jennie who just finished showering, evident due to her dripping wet hair.
"Breakfast?" She asked. I nodded, I closed the door immediately, I don't want to show her the knives and guns on my bed.
we head down and went to the garden?
I saw a table full of breakfast food.
"I asked them to place it here since it's not sunny and it's relaxing" She said. I didn't say a word, instead I sat beside her.
she's right, the air is refreshing. we had a quiet breakfast. after eating breakfast, she went straight to her room, while me, I continued to prepare for the event later.
it's 10am and Jennies glam team has arrived, the maids led them to the prep room, a room where the Kims get ready when there are big occasions.
I head there too, Jennie made me wear a white robe. a group of people approached me and lead to to another room, while Jennie was on the other room too.
they started with makeup.
I didn't bother telling them what I want, they're professionals, they should know what they're doing.
I heard whispers.
is she Miss Kims new girl?
well, if she is, Miss Kim really has a good taste, I mean look at her face, unlike her past girls, i don't like them.
true, she looks like a doll.
and her hair is so well taken care of.
I laughed inside my head.
"Miss, if you don't mind, what's your relation with Miss Kim?" The head asked me.
"I'm her bodyguard" I saw their eyes widen. I swear, I want to laugh.
they went back to their business.
awwww, i thought she's a girlfriend, its undeniable that they look cute together.
i agree, they look superior together.
I didn't mind the girls talking about me. They finished my make up and went with my hair.
"will you please spray my bangs?" I asked them. they nodded.
they lightly curled my hair and I was done with the look. they led me to a small room where I found my stuff, my guns, knives and holsters.
I saw a mannequin in a dress. Its a black silk spaghetti strap body-con dress revealing my back and paired with black heels.
I put on my leg holster and placed my guns on my right leg and my knives on my left. I snuck a small knife on my waist. I put on the dress and it perfectly draped down my body, I wore the black heels, I put on an earpiece so that I can talk to the other agents easily. I stepped out of that small room, only to see Miss Jennie on the other side of the room all dressed up with her hair lightly curled, and she's wearing a red body-con dress with a slit up to her upper thighs revealing a silver pair of high heels.
her eyes met mine. I bowed down.
She was taking pictures for the press.
"Lisa, come" She said. I walked towards her.
"Yes?" I asked, she suddenly grabbed me placing me beside her, her hands on my waist.
"smile for the camera" She said. I just looked at her and then smile.
all those flashes are covering most of the light in the room.
we head out and went to the venue.
