Look at this picture, these half buried tires.Do you think that the workers who made them envisioned this? Or did they envision strong, durable tires that would carry firetrucks speedily to their destination? Strong tires that would carry tractors thousands of miles over the Midwest helping to plant and harvest crops to feed the nation? Do you think that the workers who made the tires feel like these particular ones were a waste of their hard work? Surely tires half planted in the ground don't need to be made as well as the tires that carry fire trucks and rescue vehicles!
They got repurposed.
I like this.
Tires are meant to roll, move, transport. Half buried like this you'd think it's game over? But really it's a whole new world of balance training for neuro patients, neuromuscular development and FUN for kids. Exercise opportunities for athletes. Obstacle training for disability or rescue dogs. Etc.
And can't God repurpose us the same way? Countless opportunities. Just because you THINK you're half buried in the sand, and not fulfilling some noble cause like your peers...doesn't mean it's game over.
Today, remember that God has a PURPOSE for you, where you're at. Be it to learn a lesson or help someone in a small way. Ask for discernment, to be kingdom minded where you're at.

Have a great day guys!
Anyone have any examples of thinking you were half buried but really you were right where you're supposed to be?
