"Welcome... to the tower of doom!" A voice echoes through the room and I immediately grab Ashton's arm. I hear him chuckle, but it doesn't stay that way. Once that the lights go on I take a look at him, and he's laughing so loud I think it's damaging my ears. "Is this funny to you? Do you think it's funny?" The actor says and comes standing in front of him. Ashton just shrugs and the actor points one finger at him. "You! Come here! Do you know what we do with boys like you?" Ashton calms down a little and shakes his head while walking forward. "In that cage."
When Ashton doesn't move, the actor screams, "NOW!"
That makes Ashton get a terrified look on his face, and he jumps into the cage as fast as he could. The doors get locked and then the actor comes walking over to Calum. He's not even looking a little scared. He just sits there with a blank expression on his face. He doesn't even flinch when the actor comes standing closer to him. "You, young boy, what's your name?"
"Calum." he says and the actor smiles. "Well, Calum, why don't you come standing over here and tell that boy he's nothing? Worthless?"
"I'd like to." Calum says with a grin on his face and I sigh. He's being really stupid right now. "he did nothing wrong!" I yell and I immediately know that was a wrong thing for me to say. The actor comes walking over to me and tells me to stand up, which I do. "What's your name?" "Sara," I say, "And now I'm going to get locked in that cage. But I don't mind. I'd rather stay in that cage with Ashton all day long than be in one room with Calum." I say, folding my arms in front of my chest and walking over to the cage. Ashton grins and wraps an arm around me when I sit down in the cage. I smile at him and then look at Calum, who's not even looking at me and Ashton. He doesn't even seem to notice me.
Then the lights go out again, but when they get turned on again, everyone in the room has disappeared. But Ashton and I are still locked in the cage. "Hello?" Ashton says, "I think there is a misunderstanding here... we're not supposed to still be in here!" I sigh. "Really? This is unbelievable." But then the door of the cage creaks open and we both step out. Ashton seems to find this funny and grins. "That was kind of awesome." "Have you gone mad?" I say, "That was scary. Come on, let's look for the others."
We open up a door and step right into a room, where a lot of faces are staring at us. Including Calum... And I can see that he's still mad, whether that's at me or at Ashton. I sigh, deciding to ignore him and I look the other way.
When we walk out of the Dungeon, Calum shoves me out of the way to get to the exit. But he doesn't get a chance to get out, because Luke comes standing in front of him. "Dude, what is wrong with you? Are you mad just because I interrupted you? In case you haven't noticed, we're with a whole group today, and you think you're the boss?"
"No." Calum says and Luke raises an eyebrow. "No? Well, you can be rude to us. But not to Sara. Because if you want to see the girl again you better stop acting like this."
Calum sighs and mutters, "Luke can I please talk to you?"
Luke nods, and then they walk out of the building. Donya sighs and looks at me. "What is the deal with Calum? Did you do something wrong?"
I shrug. "Not that I know of, but he seems to think otherwise. I think it has to do with the fact that he wanted to talk to me, but then Luke interrupted him because we had to go."
Donya nods and says, "Well, I hope can talk to him. He didn't really seem to be in a good mood..."
Then Luke and Calum come walking back to us, and I can hear Luke saying something like. "Okay? So talk to her, because..."
Then he notices that we can hear them and he stops talking. "Okay, let's go eat something."
We all agree to that, but when we find a place to sit, Calum stops me.
"I have to talk to you. For real now."
