"Catra...no, no, no!" I exclaimed, as I woke up in a cold sweat. As I took a look around at my surroundings, I realised I was still in the woods. The rain had finally stopped and a gentle breeze was passing by. I ran a hand through my hair and sighed. It was still a little damp from the previous rainstorm. At least my hair didn't frizz. Glimmer's was looking rather dishevelled but she didn't seem to have a care in the world for that. The only thing that she seemed focused on at present was me. I didn't want to worry everyone. I had just been so hopelessly nervous about finding out the fate of Catra after one of those pesky robots had told me that she was gone.

I sincerely hoped that the robot had just been playing tricks on me. Otherwise, a lot of robotic beings were going to face my sword.

Glimmer rushed over to my side and placed a hand on my shoulder.

"Adora!" she said, with a concerned tone of voice. Her eyebrows creased together. "It's okay! You're okay! We took down those robots, remember? They can't hurt you now and...we're going to find Catra. I swear," she said.

I only swallowed down the lump that had formed in my throat. Stupid nightmares.

"I would ask you if everything's okay," Bow said, as he came to sat with the two of us, "But I feel like that would be a bad question."

"It wouldn't be a stupid question. I'm glad you two care so much to check up on me," I said, as I sat up straight. It was one of the only things that I could seem to do straight at the moment. I couldn't even think straight, not since fears and worries about Catra had entered my head once again.

Glimmer took my hand in hers and gave it a gentle squeeze, then.

"Listen, Adora, we are going to do everything we can to make sure that Catra is safe and well. I am queen and well...when I set my sights on something it happens," Glimmer said, with an assured tone to her voice. "So just relax, we've got this. We're the best friend squad, remember? Together, we can do anything," she promised. Her violet eyes filled with warmth and I felt rather comforted by her words, despite my anxieties about Catra's whereabouts.

"Glimmer," Perfuma said, as she joined us, "Should we keep going?" she asked, as a gentle smile played at her lips and she adjusted the flowers in her long, sandy blonde hair.

"In a minute...I think Adora just needs her friends right now," Glimmer said.

Perfuma's eyes grew a little wider in her realisation.

"Right, right," she said, "Well, we're here for you, Adora. Always. We're going to get Catra back! We have to look out for each other. Princess alliance and beyond that. You guys are my greatest friends and...Catra isn't so bad, either, I suppose," she said.

I felt the corner of my mouth twitch up at that. I was glad that the others were starting to get along with Catra a little better.

I was also glad that I had my friends around. They were a positive distraction from my previous nightmare.

That being said, I wanted to find Catra and get out of the woods as soon as possible.

"Alright," I said eventually, which caused one of Glimmer's eyebrows to raise in interest. "I'm ready to go," I said.

"Yay! That's my girl," Glimmer said, as a happy expression formed on her face and sparkles emitted from her fingers in her excitement. "Now, let's go kick some robot butt," she said.

"I am totally down for that. Let's go," Mermista said, as she walked over to join us.

We began to walk through the woods until we saw metal flicker through the trees ahead of us.

"I see some of them," Perfuma said, as she lowered her voice.

"Let's keep going," I said.

This didn't have to be difficult. We just needed to get to the robots and put an end to this drama.

As soon as we stumbled into a clearing in the forest, though, I had a feeling that was going to be a little more difficult than I had originally thought.

In front of me, there she stood.

"Catra!" I cried out in excitement. My excitement came to an abrupt end when Catra turned around, though, with this cold look in her eye.

"Oh, Adora...I'm afraid you're a little late. You left me but...now I've found new friends," she said.

At her words, Scorpia and Entrapta emerged from the woods with their hands tied behind their backs. They were accompanied by robots.

"Are you joking me right now?" I asked, as I pinched the bridge of my nose.

I could trust Catra to go and get herself into trouble and I hadn't even been there to stop it!

"Entrapta!" Perfuma called out with worry in her voice.

Well, I supposed it wasn't all bad. At least we had found Entrapta, even if she was currently accompanied by six-foot tall evil robots.

"You shouldn't have left, Catra! I told you to stay put!" I said.

"I don't need a lecture, especially not from you. You left me and...I found Entrapta, didn't I? It's a shame that she couldn't quite turn off all the robots before they got to me but...I've found a new purpose for myself, now, Adora," Catra said.

I felt tempted to sigh in complete frustration. I couldn't believe this was happening again.

Regardless, I knew that I had to do whatever I could to put a stop to it.

"Catra, this isn't you. You have to fight this. These robots have gone rogue and they'll do anything they can to hurt you, to hurt us! Please, Catra. You have to listen to me!" I said.

"Since when have I ever done that?" she asked, as the corner of her lips twitched up slightly.

For a moment, I thought that I had got through to her, that I had got through to the real Catra but she disappeared far too quickly for me to be certain. No matter what, though, I would get Catra back. I had to.
