"Well, I know we haven't been walking for that long, darlings, but I am positively exhausted," Double Trouble said, as they sat down upon the ground nearby and began to fiddle with some of the daisies that could be found there.

"No, we can't just stop! We have to find Silver and we have to-" I stopped then, as I heard a stick snap nearby.

"And we have to...? Come on, Kitten, don't leave us in suspense!" Double Trouble exclaimed, as their eyes became illuminated with excitement.

"Be quiet, Double Trouble. You know, I'm gonna shorten your name to just Trouble, which is what we will be in if you're not quiet!" I whisper-hissed. "Now, let's just sneak on ahead. I heard something so we need to be careful," I told the others, who nodded.

As we walked on, I felt a little less anxious around the whole sound I had heard in the woods thing, and so I turned back to the others and spoke again.

"If there was one thing that we had to do in  the Horde, then it was getting smart. We had to be wise enough to avoid trouble," I said.

"Apart from me, of course," Double Trouble said, as the corner of their lips twitched up slightly.

I chose to ignore them.

"Which means we now have to be wise enough to avoid Silver," I said.

"Apart from me! I'm going to change him back!" Entrapta said enthusiastically.

Well, I really hoped that she was able to because the only other option was to bring that robot down.

"There's so much scrap metal here! I can use it for another invention!" Entrapta said excitedly.

"Actually princess Lavender, I think you'll find that metal has come off your robots," Double Trouble said, which caused Entrapta to frown, then.

"Hey," Scorpia said, as she turned to Entrapta to see she was noticeably concerned, "Once we get back, we can fix your robots, Entrapta. Together. I could tell that you were worried about that but...we've got this," Scorpia promised her.

"You'd really help me work on my project?" Entrapta asked, as her eyes widened a fraction.

Scorpia grinned.

"Of course I would! That's what friends are for, isn't it?" Scorpia reminded her.

"I can probably work out exactly what happened with my robots when we get back," Entrapta said, "I knew there were a few faulty bolts here and there but this is ridiculous," she grumbled, as we continued to come across pieces of metal in the forest.

I just swallowed my slight nervousness.

If there were any robots then so be it. I knew that Entrapta could do this. She could turn them back. The only slight difficulty we might face would be if we ran into Silver on the way. Silver was, according to Metal, one of the leaders of the rogue robots. We needed to stop him before he could replicate himself again...or worse. I honestly shuddered to think about it. Then again, that might have had something to do with the cold chill that was in the air, too.

"I should definitely search the soils here! I'm sure I could find so many pretty gems for my robots!" Entrapta said imaginatively, as her eyes began to survey the area.

"Just don't go digging up all of Etheria, Entrapta, I doubt that Glimmer would approve of that," Swift Wind said.

"On second thoughts, maybe you should do it, Entrapta," I said then, as I felt a smirk make its way onto my face.

Swift Wind narrowed his ocean blue eyes at me, then.

"What?" I released a short laugh, "Anything to annoy Sparkles is cool with me. Just... don't let Adora or Glimmer know I said that."

The trees began to rustle then, as a bitterly cold wind breezed past us. It was a little unnerving, but I had to ignore it. We had things to do, after all.

"I doubt that anyone will find us out here," Double Trouble said, then.

I turned towards them and raised an eyebrow as I gave them an expression of curiosity.

"What makes you say that?" I asked them.

"Nobody comes here, darling. This is known as the Secret Woods for a reason. I used to come out here to practice roles, safe and sound away from civilisation and...others," they said, as they looked towards Emily.

Emily beeped in slight agitation as her lights flashed red momentarily.

Double Trouble's eyes narrowed slightly.

"Interesting...interesting...you know, I've never actually observed a robot get angry before! Well...actually now that I think about it, that's a lie but-"

"It's alright, Emily, they don't mean it," Scorpia said, as she gently pat Emily with one of her claws to form a gentle 'clink' sound.

"It's getting dark...you know, Glimmer's sparkle magic is never around when you truly need it, is it?" I asked, in mild frustration.

"I've got this," Swift Wind said, as his horn began to glow, "It's getting late. I know you really want to keep going, Catra, but maybe we should take a rest," he suggested.

I supposed that he was right but I simply didn't have time for that.

"No," I said stubbornly, "We have to keep going...the longer we take to find Silver, the more trouble he could have stirred up."

"And not the good kind!" Double Trouble said.

I gave them a nod of agreement, then.

"Exactly. Not the good kind," I said.

"Well, I'm not tired! My glasses are designed to give me a slight shock if they sense I'm sleepy!" Entrapta exclaimed.

Scorpia's eyes widened then in concern.

"Isn't that kind of dangerous?" she asked.

"Nah! Everything Entrapta tested is one-hundred percent safe!" Entrapta said.

Her expression became slightly sheepish, as she caught sight of all of our concerned expressions. She released a nervous laugh.

"Alright, alright, perhaps not everything but you know I'm working on it," Entrapta said decisively.

As I glanced around at the people who continued to stand by my side, I realised that I may not have had magic but I didn't need it. I had friends, people willing to fight with me no matter what and I supposed, in a way, that was more special.

Ugh. Trust Adora to get me thinking mushy things like this!

I shook the thought away and continued on with more haste, as soon as I heard a familiar voice nearby.
