Ester believed that her time at the music store would end on a high, but because of what happened with Brad, she could not wait to leave, and feared of bumping into Brad first while making her way into Jason's office. It freaked her out a bit because of the incident yesterday, but she had to be brave and face it as another chapter is closing.

She explained that her solo work is more important than ever and wishes to leave early, and Jason was surprised by this and thought she would wait a bit longer. He wonders if it must be a label believing in her, and she thinks to herself "more like a person" and insists leaving now so she can get started. In honesty, Ester wanted to say goodbye to her colleagues, but she wants to forget about this place for good. He wishes her the best in her career, they shake hands and Ester goes to collect her stuff out of the locker.

They walked to the shop floor, and Jason calls over all the staff, she can see Brad in the corner of her eye but does not make it suspicious.

'Just to let you guys know, Ester will be leaving us today to concentrate on her solo career and a tour with a band that she won't tell. We're going to miss you Ester.' He speaks out, and it brings a small smile to her face. All the colleagues wished her good luck and goodbye, apart from Brad, he stayed back and wanted to be last, and then became the last two on the floor. Ester didn't want to give him the time of day, but she chose to leave with at least one thing to say.

'I would wish you good luck with your music, but I don't think you have a hells chance of getting signed on.' she recalls the Blake guy that entered the competition as he wanted to sleep with all the girls during the process, only her and Ryleigh rejected. In the end, he caused the show and the contestants distress when he tried to force Ryleigh to sleep with him and then Rory stepped in, leaving the hugest bruise on his face. Something about Brad just reminded her of Blake,

'I don't know how many times I can say sorry.' he says quietly.

'I don't want your apology, and I don't want anything to do with you.' she spins her heels and makes her way out of the shop.

It felt weird coming back to an empty place, and with it being quiet, she wanted to prepare for her music on Saturday with Drew. Believing she could get ahead with her new track and complete it as soon as possible. Ester starts arranging her score sheets and lyrics, and with that, her day went by quickly, that Katie comes through the door.

She kept it quiet that she quit her job, and wanted to tell Drew privately on their Saturday studio session, then later she would tell Eric. The days she now has free has given her the chance to write some more music and hopes to push them forward. Katie is glad she quit her job, and told Ester the determination is in her eyes again.

The rest of the following days could not go quick enough for her, and waiting to spend the whole day with just Drew again on Saturday. She liked to help Drew with his music, but it'll also give him a break and explore some new music ventures too. As he's worked with Ester these past few days, he has seen a change in her, and see's her full concentration on her music. Although, he has been taking her home every night and enjoying each others company at the studio, a dark cloud has performed over his head and wished it would go away. It still burns in the back of his mind about Lucy, but knows it's time to take it to the next step of letting go by telling Ester.

As she wanders down the streets of Brooklyn on this cold Saturday morning, something felt unusual almost like something is following her. In the corner of her eye, she observes the black car that's crawling behind, as she concentrates on the car, deciding to make a sharp turn. As she looks back, the car is gone, and her speculation was wrong. She takes a deep breath of relief and looks forward. Out of nowhere, a tall man in a black suit, with glasses and dark hair stood in front on her path.

'Miss. Harris.' it startled Ester and recognised it's the bodyguard from the studio. 'I'm Jordan, and I'm here to pick you up. Orders from Mr Klax.'

'Oh.' she didn't think that Drew would do something like this,

'Right this way.' Jordon escorts her to the tinted windows black small SUV, the car that followed her, opening the back door.

The journey was short enough for her take in the slick black seats and a mini-fridge on the side, it was very classy. As she lies back, thinking out if these are the sorts of cars Drew turns up at awards or even to the studio, maybe if this track works and goes well, she could do this too. Another affection of Drew came over her, and it started to become clear that they are more than co-workers in her eyes, and she wanted it to be more.

The car parked around the back and made her way in from the side door, she got taken down a long narrow corridor and tried to remember her bearings on where everything was. Ester finally recognised where she was and made her way in the studio to see Drew there, almost with a smile.

'I hope Jordan didn't make your journey uncomfortable.' he says, the heart in his chest got a little bit faster, the dark blue graphic top with a black mini dress of all the ends ruffled covered with her oversized hoodie and thin black tights she wears perfectly. Ester lays a friendly smile and surprised he's wearing a white shirt for the first time. It shows he has a bit of a tan as it bounced off his skin.

'Thanks,' she unzips the hoodie off and peels it away, 'you didn't have to do that.'

He walks up closer, caress more detail in her, the perfect blacked winged eyeliner, and blue eyes shadow suits her eyes.

'I had to, as I was preparing a mini breakfast for you.' he says and steps back to show a small range of mini breakfast bunches, she raises on eyebrow at him. 'You don't have to eat now, and it can stay there all day and can snack from it.' Drew teases her.

'Let's not waste any time then, let's get started.' she clasps her hands together and walks over to the sofa admiring the food.

Not willing to lose her train of thoughts, she let out everything in her head, it made Drew think she is cute and how the coffee is making her buzz with excitement.

'...so we can do this with this verse and maybe add a new synth in this verse...'

'Okay, I think we need to take one thing at a time, you have a lot of ideas.' he says, and she giggles getting a little bit embarrassed.

'Sorry, with all the time I have now, I have so much I want to try and experiment.'

'More time?'

'Yeah...' she scratches the back of her neck, '...I quit my job... I thought it was best to.'

He nods, but secretly he's relieved, 'I'm glad to hear.'

'I need to concentrate on myself a bit more and start believing in myself.' He smiles, admiring her encouragement.

Throughout the day spending time together, the connection felt surreal. It was in that moment, they wanted to last forever, and from whatever they previously fought or conflicted over, it didn't matter anymore. This is what made their relationship grew strong when they work together. Drew decides to call it a day, which was a bit early for her.

'You don't want to overwork yourself for the first few sessions. You'll get used to it soon.' Drew says, Ester pouts of the idea but can see his point too. The next thing she was hoping is to ask her out maybe, she doesn't want to drop a hint too much but got a bit annoyed when he suggested Jordon to take her back instead. And there it was again - the sudden cold shoulder.
