The drugs put her into a deep sleep and never dreamed about anything like she usually does, luckily she woke up without a headache. Taking a shower and getting dressed into her jeans, a t-shirt and platted her hair. The mark on Esters face was not noticeable when she used her make-up to cover it. She feared on how to tell Drew, to think of Jordan being around made her realise he cares a lot about her. She could say the girl started on her as she was very drunk.

Katie was already up in the kitchen, staring at her laptop,

'Hey, sorry last night didn't go to plan. Have you made anything, if not I'll get something on the way to band practice.' Katie didn't reply, as the face she expressed got her worried, 'What's wrong?'

She twirled around the laptop displaying an article of the club they were at last night, and Ester read the top headline, "Battle Rockstar kicks off at nightclub, accused of cheating." A photo emerges of Nadine holding onto Ester's hair, but where Ester's hand is, it looks like an attempt of smacking Nadine.

'Looks like the girl went to the press, and accused of you sleeping with her boyfriend.' Katie says,

'He never told me he was with anyone else.'

'I know, I believe you. She, also says that you started the fight too.'

Ester lowers her head, trying to process it all, 'I can't believe it.'

'I'm sorry Es.'

The two heavy sounds from the door scared them both, Ester hesitated but went to answer the door. As it opened, they stormed in with anger and fury on their face, and it surprised her.

'You care to explain?' Drew says as he crossed his arms, she shut the door and had guilt written on her face.

'It's not what you think-'

'Then what is it?' he sounded agitated, she walked passed him, and he followed her into the kitchen.

'I don't know the girl, she started it.' She stopped and turned around,

'Is it true? That you slept with him while he was in a relationship.'

'He didn't tell me...when I found out I ended it.'

'You only told me you went on one date with him!'

'Yeah well, I went with it.' Drew looked away and only just noticed the redhead girl in the kitchen startled.

'Can we go somewhere private?'

Ester looks over at Katie with her jaw dropped, as there is a celebrity in her kitchen.

'She already knows, she figured it out last night.'

'So you didn't hit her?'

'No! I never reacted. Anyway, shouldn't we be going to band practice?'

'I cancelled it. We need to sort this, and I need you to tell me the truth.'

'I am!' Ester slightly raised his voice.

'How many times did you sleep with him?'

'Why do you need to know?' she looked at him perplexed, he asked again, 'All right fine, twice, there happy?' She flings her arms in the air and moved around in her kitchen. 'Besides, he was a jerk anyway, and I'm with you, does it matter?'

He looks at her in silence, wondering if he should believe her or not.

'What's been published, is not the shit I need before my tour.'

'It's only a small thing, nobody will care.'

'Anybody will find any way to disrupt this...' he clasps his hands over his head and thinks to himself, 'This isn't what I need right now... none of this.' Ester walks closer to Drew leaning on the counter crossing her arms,

'Do you mean the tour or us?' She questioned, and he looks at her for a second.

'Both,' and places his hand on the kitchen counter, 'Are you even taken this seriously?'

'Yes! I quit my job so I can concentrate on it more. I also spent a couple of days with you, all I've done is shown you what I really want, is that not serious enough for you?' She uncrosses her arms. Drew stares into her eyes and sees her honesty, the days he spent with her was meaningful to him, but this article gives him the doubt.

'If this didn't come out, would you tell me?' Ester's eyes shifted considering her answer would be, it would have been no, as he would worry too much. 'Would you?' He asked again,

'Not if Jordan wasn't there, no. He told me, in the end, I should tell you, I would've done after band practice today.'

Drew sulks away in despair, 'Don't make this complicated Ester.'

'I'm trying not to, I know you would get upset for no reason.'

'Upset! How I can I protect and care for you if you won't be honest with me? I've always been honest with you.' She knew he was right, as he told her everything about Lucy when he did not have to. The door went, and Eric let himself straight in,

'Ester, why didn't you call?' he meets up to everyone in the kitchen.

'Why didn't you stop this?' Drew tensed at him,

'Hey, it's not his fault!' Ester yells, 'I didn't tell him because I didn't think I needed to.'

'You've got to, this could jeopardise everything that I've been building up for you.' Eric says, 'This could've been even more dangerous from what happened in the record store you worked at.' she looks at him bewildered how he found out, 'Oscar and Katie told me, and I think I had the right to know.' She looks over a Katie, and she had guilt on her face.

'I'm sorry Es, he deserves to know.' She says,

'Know what?' Drew asks still with tension.

'It's nothing really.' Ester tries to lie.

'Tell me now!' he shouts, and her eyes started to water up, recalling the trauma from it all.

'Sis...tell him.' Eric said quietly.

She looks at Drew, 'When I ended it with Brad, he wouldn't allow it. My boss asked if we could hold the fort and close the shop up and it was only the two of us. I tried my best to stay away from him, but I couldn't and he....tried to...almost....' A tear fell from her face, '...he dragged me into our bosses' office and tied me down....' Another tear fell from her face, '...they came just in time before it got worse...' She didn't need to say no more, Drew got the picture, he would of given her symphony, but he hated the lies and the secret she been hiding.

He scoffs, 'So that's the reason, you quit? ' Drew's mind decided that he is the rebound, someone she needed to escape to because he got close to her. Ester saw she was getting the attention, and maybe being with him might boost her celebrity status more than ever. 'And you needed a shoulder to cry on.' Ester could not believe how cold he was about it, the possibility of something terrible happening that could ruin her life, and he thinks she is using him.

'No, it was never like that, if that didn't happen, I still would of quit. My feelings for you are true.' More tears flooded down her face,

'I thought they were too.' Drew walks out, as his heart shatters into a million pieces, and so did hers.
