"Hey Cali! Wake up! Wake up, wake up, wake up!!" Amelie vigorously shook her cousin's shoulder.
"Ugh... What the hell do you wa-"
"TODAY IS CHRISTMAS EVE AND WE'RE HAVING A PARTY TONIGHT!!" Amelie cut her off.
"Oh, yeah..." Cali muttered with a sigh. She sat up, rubbed her eyes and yawned, "Let's just get ready early for today. I kinda forgot to prepare gifts for everyone."
Amelie's eyes widened in delight "Oooh! Can I help?!" she cheerfully exclaimed.
Cali just stared at Amelie with her '374% done with your shit' face. "...Fine," she agreed in defeat.
After their morning routine, they proceeded to the mess hall for breakfast. As they walked down the hallway, they discussed about the gifts they were going to prepare.
"...Say, Danchou, what gift should I give to-"
"Levi? Simple. Cleaning supplies. You're welcome." Cali easily predicted Amelie's question.
"EEH?? But he got cleaning supplies last year!" Amelie complained.
Cali's eyes widened. "And how the hell did you know that?"
Amelie giggled with a sinister smile, "I'm Levi's stalker."
Cali backed her face away from Amelie for a moment. Though, she finally thought of a gift. "Levi must love tea though," she said, as they reached the mess hall.
"Oh, yeah! I heard that there were some rare tea leaves in the forest!" Amelie delightfully recalled.
After breakfast, the two decided to start preparing for the upcoming party. Amelie asked Sasha and Connie to start decorating the party room and allowed them to ask help from their other friends, as long as they don't make a ruckus.
"Hey, Danchou! I'm gonna get those tea leaves now. See ya!" Amelie opened the exit door, "By the way, please don't tell anyone about this. No one must know, okay? Okay, bye!" She closed the door and left.

I let out a sigh, "As hyper as ever..." Just then, Armin and Jean passed by.
"Danchou, are you gonna help with decorating?" Armin asked.
"Of course, she is! Let's go!" Jean answered for me.
We walked inside a large, empty room with a high ceiling. I walked through the room to plan the decorating. It was lined with wooden floorboards and walls, with its windows and sills covered with dust. Wooden pillars were equally aligned at the sides. After that, I started scanning through the ceiling of the room by sight. Every corner of the ceiling was filled with thick cobwebs, infested by numerous spiders. My eyes stopped at the center, where hung a grand, bronze candelabra with worn out candles. I placed my gaze back down, where I noticed a box of decorations placed on a raised, wooden platform. More boxes were brought inside by Sasha and Connie.
We started sweeping the floor and dusted each nook and cranny of the room. We cleaned the windows, as well. After that, Jean and Armin brought in a tall, wooden stool, and attempted to clean and prepare the candelabra.
Jean climbed the stool, holding a duster, while Armin stayed at the bottom with candles and matches at hand.
"Armin! Give me a candle!" Jean said, as he finished dusting the candelabra.
"Right!" Armin took out a match, lit it, and placed the match on the candle's wick. He took out the match's flame and climbed a few steps up on the stool, and got another and placed its wick on the one he just lit. He then handed the candle to Jean. He used its flame to burn the dried wax that stained the candelabra's candle slot, and it started to melt. He placed the candle on the molten wax, afterwards.
