𝐘𝐎𝐔'𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐊 𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐓 the malfoy manor my whole life I'd be used to it's extravagance. I pulled my trunk behind me as I walked down the cobbled entrance, I was not looking forward to the scolding I was going to receive from lucius and narcissa for getting myself expelled. I knocked at the door and was greeted by lucius. He let me in and a house elf took my trunk, I shrugged my jacket off and sighed before entering the dining room where lucius and narcissa sat along with draco shot me a sympathetic look,
"take a seat faith" narcissa said and I kept my gaze down as I sat down beside draco,
"care to explain yourself?"
"no" I grumbled under my breath
"you do realize that you're grounded for the rest of the summer?" lucius said looking at me with a stern gaze
"yes" I mumbled under my breath
"what was that?" he said sarcastically
"yes I understand" I said in a clearer voice picking at the edge of my skirt not daring to look up
"look at me when I'm talking to you faith"
I let go of my skirt and looked up at him
"I'm sorry for getting myself expelled I promise I'll try my best at hogwarts" I said looking at the two of them
"you better, we expect nothing but the best from you at hogwarts faith. none of how you acted at Beauxbatons you understand me?" lucius scolded
"yes I understand, may I be excused to unpack and get ready for dinner please?"
"yes you may"
I got up and header towards the stairs grumbling profanities under my breath, I walked into my room seeing my things already unpacked by one of the house elfs, before I could grab some clothes to change into I heard a knock on the door
"come in" I said as I tossed the clothes on my bed
"you know he's just looking out for you"
"what do you want draco" I said looking up at him
"he never talks to me like that, he cares about you, more than he cares about me anyways" he grumbled the last part under his breath
"I don't need your sympathy draco leave me alone"
"I'm trying to be nice"
"I don't care"
"oh for merlins sake faith get over yourself not everyone is out to get you" he said before walking out of the room and basically slamming my door,
I looked at the floor and bit my lip trying to keep the tears from falling, I felt bad for shutting him out but I don't need his help, I don't need anyone's help, I just needed to be alone. I quickly slipped the clothes on which consisted of black jeans and a dark green long sleeved shirt I pulled my hair into a low ponytail and left my room.
