THAT NIGHT WHEN BACK TO the slytherin common room draco asked if I could help him, blaise, and Theo with potions,
"yeah sure" I said sitting down, blaise and draco went to grab their books and I turned to Theo,
"you like draco don't you?"
"w-what-no I don't" he stuttered turning red,
"is that so?" I said raising my eyebrow at him,
"if you tell him-" he started and I scoffed,
"what do you take me for?"
"just... I don't want to ruin anything" he said quietly,
"just leave it to me"
"faith what are you going to do-"
"okay so what do you guys need help with?" I asked as blaise and draco sat down,

"hey guys" I said to Sparrow and Eva walking into the room,
"hey uh you have a package on your bed, it was there when we came in" Eva said and I furrowed my eyebrows at the package,
"oh thank you I'll open it in a bit" I said walking into the bathroom, I changed into some pajamas and washed whatever makeup was on my face,
"is that a dress?" Sparrow asked as I opened the large pack, I pulled out a beautiful blue dress and grabbed the small box and letter that were under it, I read the initials S.B and smiled,
"blimey this must've caused a fortune, is it from narcissa?" Eva said looking at the dress,
"huh? oh yeah" I nodded keeping my eyes on the letter, they bid me goodnight and I hung the dress up where the original dress I was going to wear was, guess I bought one for no reason, I brought out the shoes I was planning to wear as well and placed them beside the dress, I sat down on my bed and opened the letter,

I heard about the yule ball and I wanted to get you something, I happened to see this dress and thought you'd like it. of course you don't have to wear it if you don't want to but I just wanted to give you something along with the small box that was under the dress. the box holds a ring I never saw your mother without, your father bought it for her when she was your age and she never took it off. I found it while looking through my things, she must've put it there for me to find and give you.
