"wait-you're telling me you got her to kiss you?!" Fred said looking at me like I had lost my mind

"I don't know okay we were sitting really close and then I started to lean and then she kissed me, it lasted for two seconds before she pulled away" I said running my hands through my hair

"I didn't know you were such an awful kisser mate"

"ha ha" I said with an unamused look on face

"okay okay just talk to her tomorrow about it, I mean it surely didn't mean nothing at all, right?" he reassured me

"right" I said before starting to get ready for bed

faiths pov

the next morning I somehow had no classes with George whatsoever so avoiding him was easy. After our third class of the day Aiden, lola, Eva and I were on our way to the great hall when I heard someone call my name, I recognized the voice instantly, I told Aiden, Eva and lola I'd catch up with them and Eva winked at me while Aiden sent George a death glare.

"yes?" I said turning around to him

"can we talk about last night?" he said fiddling with his hands

"there's nothing to talk about" I said turning around to leave, he grabbed my arm and stopped me

"so it meant nothing to you?" he said hurt evident in his voice, I yanked my arm out of his grip and turned around to look him in the eyes

"it meant nothing george, nothing at all, okay?" I sneered at him and it looked like he held himself back from frowning

"y-yeah sorry" he said pursing his lips, I turned around to walk away and this time he let me.

I sighed and made my way into the great hall and smiled over at my friends, I sat down at the table with a sigh.

"everything okay? did he do something?" Sparrow who had showed up with Elliot and Cora said as the three of them sat down.

"am I missing something?" Aiden said and Elliot, lola and Cora agreed considering they had no idea what was going on

"it's nothing I kissed George last night and he came up to me just now to ask me about it and I told him it meant nothing at all" I said in a low voice

"you what?" aiden said like I had just confessed to murder

"she said she kissed him Aiden keep up" lola said rolling their eyes

"I can practically feel holes being burnt into the back of my neck from the gryffindick table" I said pinching the top of my nose bridge

"his twin looks like he's planning your murder" Cora said rolling her eyes, I looked at Aiden and he looked, sad? I couldn't put my finger on it,

"you kissed a blood traitor?" Elliot shrieked and I almost elbowed him myself but Sparrow beat me to it

"Elliot I don't care about those things" I said with a sigh

"okay okay I'm sorry" he said putting his hands up in defense, before we could start to eat Dumbledore started talking about the tournament and told us if we wanted to enter we had to do it before Thursday and blah blah, I started to eat and I could still feel Fred's harsh glare, peircing the back of my head. who does he think he is? I rolled my eyes and joined in the conversation my friends were having they were all talking about the tournament
