𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐇𝐒 𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑 it was the week before school started and we were all headed to diagon ally to buy school supplies for draco and I. After buying everything we needed narcissa gave me permission to go walk around since I was cooped up in the manor the whole summer, I was walking around and suddenly I was knocked into by a tall hard chest making me drop my book

"merlin I'm so sorry here you go" the guy said as he picked up the book that I dropped, I looked up to see a boy with long ginger hair looking down at me, I snatched the book from his hands and gave him a hard look

"watch where you're going" I sneered before bumping into him purposely and walking away I rolled my eyes and dusted my shirt off, do people not look in front of them anymore?

George's pov

I was laughing at something Fred said obviously not looking in front of me because I slammed into a short girl with long black hair clearly startling her causing her to drop the book in her arms

"merlin I'm so sorry here you go" I apologized bending down to pick her book up, her green eyes looked up with a harsh glare before snatching the book from my hand

"watch where you're going" she sneered at me, she proceeded to bump into my arm before walking away, to say I was shocked was an understatement with the way she looked at me you could've sworn she was a malfoy

"woah what was that?" Fred said who watched the whole thing happen

"I haven't got a clue" I said still looking at her back as she walked away

faiths pov ( a week later)

I closed the little door on my cat's cage and put her on the trolley along with my trunk before hugging narcissa, and bidding her and lucius goodbye I grabbed nova's cage and lucius made draco put my trunk on the train because he "needed to learn how to properly treat a lady" , I found an empty cart and sat down letting nova out of her cage before starting to read my book, the train started to move and nova made herself comfortable in my lap. a little while later a boy opened the cart door asking if he could sit down, I looked up at him and nodded.

"I'm Cedric Diggory nice to meet you" he introduced himself

"I don't really care" I said not looking up from my book

"o-oh okay then sorry" he said almost like he was disappointed I didn't want to be friends

a few moments later I sighed before saying, "faith evergreen" a low voice not looking up from my book

"what?"

"my name is faith evergreen" I said finally putting my book down.

"oh, that's a pretty name for a pretty girl" he smiled at me and I almost threw up, "what house are you in? I've never seen you before"

"oh I'm new, I used to attend Beauxbatons" I answered

"ah that makes sense, you'll have to get sorted with the first year's I assume?"

"unfortunately" I answered

"what're you reading?"

"oh it's muggle literature, a book called Romeo and Juliet"

"I can't say I've heard of it, I've never read muggle books, any suggestions?"

"no unfortunately this is the first muggle book I've read"

"well let me know how it is, will you?"

"sure" I said opening my book hinting that I'm done with the conversation, he grabbed a book of his own and we sat mostly in silence for the rest of the ride.

the train came to a stop and Cedric bid me goodbye, I put nova in her cage and headed off the train grabbing my trunk, after reaching hogwarts an old lady came up to me,

"ah you must be faith, I'm professor McGonagall come with me" she said in a hurry

I followed her to a group of kids that looked no older then the age of 11, I hate kids. walking into the hall I felt numerous eyes on me, considering I looked older than 11 I'm guessing people were confused. the old lady talked for a little but I wasn't really paying attention, she grabbed a parchment and started reading names, of course mine had to be first

"Evergreen, Faith" I heard gasps and whispers all around the hall, great.

I sat down on the stool and a hat was placed on my head

"ah an evergreen" it said

"smart and creative, would do great in Ravenclaw. very brave but not fit for gryffindor, loyal friend but hufflepuff would do you no good. cunning, and a great thirst to prove yourself. I see, mhm, I know just the house, SLYTHERIN!" the table on the far right cheered and I got up from the stool and sat down, I noticed draco sitting down on the same table.

(quick authors note, I don't know any 6th year slytherins so any characters that are introduced that are 6th year slytherins are my own characters)

"I'm Aiden flint" the boy who I sat beside said introducing himself

"faith evergreen" I said looking at him

"this is Sparrow Nott, Eva Zabini and that's Elliot Lee" he said pointing to three girls and a boy who sat across from us

"you're a pureblood right?" Elliot questioned before elbowed by Sparrow

"she's basically Malfoy's older sister you git of course she is" she said rolling her eyes

"adopted sister, and yeah I am" I said looking at them

"do you play quidditch?" Aiden asked looking down at me, he was way taller then me

"yeah but I'm not very good I just play for fun" I said, "do you guys play?" I asked looking at them

"yeah Aiden is captain and a chaser, Elliot is a keeper and Sparrow and I are both chasers as well" Eva answered

"ohh that's cool" I said not really knowing what to say, dumbeldore started talking about the triwizard tournament and then announced that two other schools would be staying at hogwarts as well. one of them being Beauxbatons. after the feast everyone got up to go to their houses. both schools made grand entrances that I personally couldn't care less about.

"seems like you'll be in Eva and I's dorm since our last roommate graduated last year" Sparrow said smiling at me

"oh that's great" I said actually meaning it, I was glad I was with people I at least somewhat knew

after getting settled in I went straight to bed already dreading the next day.

I hope you guys like the story so far, I know there's no george this chapter but considering she's in a different house I needed her to meet people from her own house
