Sakura however, had no trouble and managed to stay on the tree until she found a branch to rest on.

"So she can do something useful for once," you murmured, while standing with folded arms. You saw Naruto rolling around on the ground whilst clutching his head.

"That's about what I expected from Sasuke... and Naruto," Kakashi commented, you giggled. It was true that Naruto always did have a hard time picking up new things.

"Hey, this is fun," Sakura said from atop the branch. Naruto and Sasuke looked in the direction of the naïve girl as she giggled.

"Well, looks like the female member of the squad has the most advanced Chakra control. Well done Sakura," Kakashi chatted, emphasising the word female. You elbowed his rib.

"What the hell is that supposed to mean?" you asked angrily.

"What did I say?" Kakashi groaned.

"It's not what you said, I just didn't like the tone that you said it in," you clarified.

"Yeah way to go Sakura, I always knew you were awesome believe it," Naruto praised. You scoffed at this. You noticed that Sasuke almost looked saddened that Naruto didn't comment on how he did.

"Whatever," Sasuke responded, masking his emotions like a true Uchiha.

"Well not only can Sakura understand Chakra, she can control and maintain it as well. We spoke about someone becoming Hokage didn't we, seems Sakura has the best chance at that, won't you say?" Kakashi spoke catching Naruto's attention. You wanted to join in on winding up the boys.

"And as for the great Uchiha clan, maybe they're not so great after all," you added, angering Sasuke slightly. You and Kakashi both smirked at each other.

"Shut up senseis, you both talk too much," Sakura whined in her annoyingly squeaky voice. Naruto and Sasuke looked at each other with determination present in their eyes.

"All right! First I'll match up to Sasuke, then I'm going all the way to the top believe it!" Naruto shouted. You felt a presence but it wasn't a harmful or skilled one so you payed no mind.

Many hours later, the three Genin had been training for a while, and Sakura looked as if she was the most worn out. Sasuke  was kneeling on the ground, looking up at his progress. Naruto was rolling on the ground clutching his head for the fifth time. After Naruto recovered, he sat up and looked up at the tree he was climbing. You could tell he wasn't pleased, since he frowned at the sight. He stood up, clenched his fists and walked over to Sakura. 

"Hey you're good at this, how about some advice. But please don't tell Sasuke I asked, please," Naruto pleaded. Sasuke took notice of this and looked his way. Naruto then started whispering other things to Sakura. You smiled at the scene.

"He starting to get it," you commented

"That I can agree with," Kakashi responded. You threw your arm over his shoulder (having a bit of trouble doing so since Kakashi was much taller than you).

"Hey we're pretty good at this whole sensei thing, aren't we," You said confidently with a bright smile. Kakashi stared at you for a bit before responding.

"Yeah you're pretty great- I uh mean we, yeah," he stuttered slightly. You had a warm feeling well up in your stomach, and this only added to the happiness that you felt. Giggling, you let go of him seeing that he had to stand with crutches. Kakashi let go of one of his crutches slightly and reached out to clasp your hand, you moved your hand towards his and grabbed it. A look of relief flooded Kakashi's features, soon being replaced by the look of pure joy.
