Chapter 16

Previously: "Why do I think this is going to end badly?" Kakashi asked himself.

"Because you can see into the future," you answered him. Again Naruto had started falling down, you and Kakashi were wide eyed. Luckily Sasuke had managed to catch him.

Sasuke stood upside down on a tree, using his chakra to hold himself there, whilst also managing to hold Naruto's weight as well.

"You really are a total loser Naruto," Sasuke commented at a, still, slightly dazed boy.

"Wha- Sasuke!" Naruto snapped out of it.

"All right Sasuke! You're the best!" Sakura yelled in her obnoxiously high voice.

"If me and Y/N are still sane by the time we finish their training, it would be a miracle," Kakashi stated.

"That's one of the truest things I have ever heard," You commented. 

After the whole fiasco, you and Kakashi went back to Tazuna's house. The three Genin went to train for some time. Once you arrived there, the two of you greeted Tsunami and went into the room you were staying in.

"Naruto gave us quite a fright, this morning huh," you laughed at the fresh memory. You went to the table that was in the room to put a little souvenir that Tsunami gave you into your bag. After you had done that, you were about to lay down for a bit, however Kakashi had other plans. He walked up behind you and hugged you, resting his covered chin on you shoulder and leaning his head against your own. "What's gotten into you?" you asked jokingly.

"I'm tired," He spoke in a deep voice, while rubbing his forehead on your shoulder. He began pulling you to the futon and laid you on it gently. After this, he laid down next to you and hugged your body close to his own. "I love you," He yawned.

"I love you too," you responded and decided to take a nap with him. You snuggled up to his chest for warmth and slowly closed your eyes, falling asleep almost instantly.

General point of view:

Sakura had come back from training long before the boys did. Since she had already mastered chakra control and saw no point in continuing to practice it. The room that the Genin were in was attached to the room that Kakashi and Y/N were currently in. You would've had to go through that room to reach the Genin's room. Sakura went to take a quick nap, still being tired from waking up so early in the morning. When she walked into her sensei's room she was about to greet them, until she realised that they were asleep. In. The. Same. Futon. Not only that, but they were cuddled up together.

"Oh my-" Sakura whispered to herself as she quickly entered her own room, gently closing the door behind her as to not wake the two adults.

Y/N's point of view:

You woke up not long before Kakashi did, to the smell of food being cooked. Your stomach growled loudly and kakashi chuckled and pulled you closer.

"Hungry are we?" He teased, speaking gruffly into your ear.

"Just a tiny bit," you laughed, stroking his hair since it was on your shoulder.

"Let's go help set up the table then," Kakashi suggested. You nodded to him and when he stood up he grabbed your hand and lifted you up. After you had stood up, Kakashi picked you up bridal style.
