Eula's POV
I am in in the conference room discussing about the interiors of our new project in Baguio where a new branch of the company will be placed and while I was listening to the presenter I couldn't help but make a comment "I thought bago na ang Ipresent ninyo? This again?!" "bago na man ang pinrepresent namin madame" she said "the details that we added are well and thoroughly researched, and with our concept, the company can save a lot of money"
"Clavier Estate Builders have been known for quality that lasts and designs na pag uusapan sa real estate world, then you present to me a concept na tinipid! you know how much I abhore second class" I said emphasizingly "Madame, hindi naman po ito tinipid, we are just abbreviating the expenses so that---"
Are you questioning my judgment?!Such audacity you've got there, I Said furiously and stood up "You, before you do something idiotic or petty please use this *pointing her brain*God! "Gusto nyo ba lahat na ikompara naman tayo sa Martinez corps?! Because I myself can't bear and eudure it any longer!" our meeting was interrupted when my secretary arrived "madame, the jet is ready, we are going to the site for the new project building" I inhaled deeply and said "whew! Finally a Rey of sunshine to this awfully dreadful day! Let's go" I left

Albert's POV
I'm in the office working on unprocessed papers for ongoing alliances accompanied by a shot of whisky

"Pare, wala bang new projects for new buildings or developments?" my good friend, Michael asked

"Well, for now wala pa but I hope and pray na di nanaman tayo maunahan sa Clavier Builders, I just hate it when they compare us with them, where in fact, we are so much better!" I said

Well, Martinez Corps and CRB are very well known in the real estate, and since 1992, you two have always been compared and always had the biggest praise and success amomg all of them, so maybe it's meant That way" he said confidently

What the hell are you talking about? Meant that way?! Thats bullshit" I said annoyingly

Eula's POV
We are almost at the site where the new building will be placed and displayed in BAGUIO I'm so excited! Actually, this is our very first branch in Baguio

Madame, we just arrived and I'm just gonna check if everything is ready in the site and talk with Archt. Reyes if she's ready to present the updates and development" my secretary added and I gave her the signal to go on with it.

*20 min later*
"where is the sketch plan and the architect?" I asked
"I'm here President Valdes" she said with a smile
"proceed with your sketch plan and presentation" i said

"Certainly madame" she added
As I was observing her, I can really say that this person is an architect,cause from what I see, she is really good In evaluating each and every detail

"So this is all for now madame, the interiors are not in their fit state to be presented" she said

"OK, I can see that everything is perfectly fine here, good job Archt. Reyes! I knew from the start that this project will be in good hands dahil sa lakas at sipag mo, alright I think we are done here" I said everything is fine on the site and I've managed to select the most accountable person to manage the people working their without my presence,Samantha"

*2 HOURS LATER*

Eula's POV
I am in the office doing my paper works as per usual "Sasha!"
"yes, madame" she said "Did Mr. Cortes of Quest Realty agreed to have a meeting with us for the presumed alliance?" I asked "uhm madame, about that uhmm" she said nervously
"I don't take" uhmm" for an answer,sasha"I told her straight in the eye. She took a deep breath before saying anything and finally said it "madame, they did not agree with the alliance" she said and I was shocked and baffled "what?! What the hell did you say?! I inhaled deeply before asking my other question "aside from Quest realty, do we have any more companies that are not preoccupied and are open on having an alliance with us?" I asked.
