Eula's POV
I was with the other executives sitting and discussing about the project and its development pero wala dito si Albert, bahala siya. After a few minutes everyone gathered around the table to discuss everything, because hindi rin pwedeng mga execs lang dapat alam din nila ang plano so yun,
After the congregation, everybody had clarifications so I explained and explained hanggang na sync in sa kanila, and while I was talking I saw that Albert was not listening ano Kaya inaatupag ng lintik na to'
"where is Mr. Martinez?" I asked sasha.
"he excused himself for a moment po" she explained. And I just nodded.
Albert's POV
I asked Engineer Cortes for some advice on how to say sorry to eula and he said to give her something. So I instructed someone to give her something
"Hali ka" I told a worker.
"ano po yung kailangan nyo?" he said.
"ibigay mo to Kay Ms. Valdes yung maganda at wag mong sabihin na sakin galing to sabihin mo lang na sorry daw" I explained.
"sige po" he said.
"eto para snack mo mamaya" I said and gave him money.
"salamat po" he said.
And I sat at the table because everyone gathered there for a meeting I think, and nag wait for the moment to happen 😎
Eula's POV
finally, andito na si Albert, and when he arrived he was smiling at me all of the sudden I don't know why.
While I was talking someone interrupted me
"excuse me po" he said.
"yes? May problema ba?" I asked.
And he gave this an assortment of pretty flowers.
"Oh my, thank you for this" I exclaimed.
"hindi po Yan galing sakin" he explained.
"aahh ganun ba? Eh kanino galing to?" I asked.
"bawal po daw sabihin, sorry daw po" he explained. And left.
Ha? Sorry?
"wait! Ha? Anong--" I said and he quickly left.
I looked at everybody who was with me on the table, and the last one I looked at was albert, Alam ko na kung sino ang nagbigay, he winked at me and mouthed the words "sorry" to me.
I did not look at him but Infairness, di ko inexpect na gagawin niya to' na impress ako ah.
While I was smelling the flowers I didn't notice na kinakausap pala ako nila.
"Ms. Valdes, Ms. Valdes are you with us?" he asked.
"sorry, uhm yes please continue" I exclaimed.
"Ms. Valdes, kanino galing Yang flowers na yan?" somoene asked.
"uhm galing ni uhm" I said nervously
"ni?"
I heard albert chuckle. Nakakainiss tong lintik na to.
"uhm galing sa secretary ko hehe" I said nervously. And they all nod their heads.
"diba? Sasha?" I said giving her a signal to cooperate with me, kung hindi lagot siya mamaya.
After the meeting I looked at the view of the new building, it's not done yet actually, alone lang ako dito umalis na silang lahat nag punta ng bar. My peace and quiet was disturbed when somebody arrived.
"psssttt"
"yes?" I said.
He just mischievously smiled at me.
"anong kailangan mo?" I asked.
"sino ba talaga ang nagbigay ng flowers?" he asked acting like he doesn't know.
"Ewan ko sino ba talaga?" I asked playing with him.
"Ewan ko din" he said.
"ang Alam ko lang Sabi nung nagbigay sakin nun, na hindi daw sakanya galing yun, sorry lang daw."i said sarcastically
He just smiled.
"sino Kaya ang nag sorry?" I asked.
"am I forgiven?" he asked all of a sudden.
I didn't answer I just continued to look at the view, I was about to laugh pero pinigilan ko.
"hoy, I'm asking you a question" he said with his "parang awa mo na" voice.
"if I say yes will you stop annoying me?" I asked.
"it depends" he said confidently.
"huh? Anong it depends?"
"it depends kung" tipid niyang sagot
"kung?" I asked seeking for an answer
"if you say yes, and if you go out with me" he said in a deep voice.
"ha? Nasalabas naman tayo ah" I said.
"DATE, c'mon eula Alam ko you're not dumb" he said.
"date? No."i said.
I said and I saw a frown on his face.
"huh?"
Wow this is the first time na makita ko ang isang presidente at CEO ng isang kumpanya na ganito ka desperate in women. Hahaha jk
"Sabi ko no, anything wag lang yun" i said.
"ok, say yes nalang para mananahimik na ako" he said.
"fine, yes I forgive you" I said.
He smiled.And chuckled.
"why are you laughing?" I asked.
"Wala, happy lang" he said.
Yes lang nga yung sinabi ko happy agad?
"talaga? Happy ka na dun?" I asked.
"oo basta ikaw" he Said.
Ano daw? H-huh?
"Alam mo, ang Landi mo, totoo nga yung sinabi nila" I said.
"na ano?" he asked.
"you are quite a ladies'man" I said looking straight into his eyes.
"I admit, I am pero this only happens if I really want something" he teases.
"what do you mean, Mr. Martinez?" I asked.
"it means, I like you Ms. Valdes" he said.
How straightforward!
"why do you even like me? I'm not even pretty" I said.
"wow! Says the woman who was included in the top 20 most enthralling CEOS in 2019 top 10 nga" he exclaimed.
"P-pano mo nalaman?" I asked
He then winked Asa response I think, I hate it when he does that, it makes me..... Nevermind
