After that episode at the mall I couldn't stop thinking about that bag, I really wanted that but nakalimotan ko yung wallet ko,albert was really benevolent and a gentleman when he offered to buy that bag for me. But nakakahiya naman, Diba? Your business partner buying a you a bag hahhaha

"madame?"

"just a reminder po,next month or so, we will go to the site to check and view the final touches and if lucky, the ribbon cutting."

"yes, thank you for reminding me"

"saan po kayo galing?" she asked.

"somewhere" I responded.

"at the mall po?" she asked

"huh? How did you know?"

"I called the driver po to check on you"

"you called my DRIVER?" I asked furiously.

"it's one of my duties to check on you madame, especially when I'm not there by your side" she said.

What she said was quite touching.

"I appreciate your concern, sasha pero you don't have to do that" I said.

"how was your date madame?"

DATE?? ANO DAW DATE??

"pardon? Date? Walang date na nagaganap sa mall" I said.

"so hindi po kayo nagsama Mr. Martinez?"

How the hell did she know all of these shit???!

"it-- uhm it was a uhm coincidence that we met, okay? And it wasn't a date" I said and scoffed.

"okay, madame whatever you say" she said at may halong sarcasm sa sinasabi niya I know it.

"are you sassing me,Sasha?" I asked.

"ofcoarse not madame, I would never sass you" she said. I just rolled my eyes and laughed a little.

"by the way, when is our next meeting with martinez corps.?"

"next Month po, we will go to Baguio for the final touches of the new project building.

"okay, malayo pa pala"

"don't worry madame, Makikita mo din si Mr. Martinez, again."she said and giggled.

" haha you're so funny haha "i said sarcastically." I'm relieved nga na next month pa" I added.

It's alright to sugar coat a bitter pill sometimes,Diba?

"madame I've been meaning to ask you something" she said with confusion in her face.

"what?"

"the interview po last week, you didn't answer the question where she asked if there was"sparks" between the two of you"she said and giggled a bit. I can see that she was really wanted to know my response.

"alb-- uh Mr. Martinez already said it"

"yes,pero your what is you OWN answer po" she asked.

This is the reason why I don't like my secretary sometimes, she can think of anything and everything to make me say or do something.

"my own answer is--" I was interrupted when someone knocked on my door.

"excuse me madame,you have a meeting with one of the investors po" he stated.

Shit, I completely forgot about that meeting.

"let's go Sasha"

"should I bring the papers and files Madame" she asked.

When I went inside the conference room there wasn't any other members but one.

"who is he?" I whispered to sasha.

"siya po si Mr. Santiago Garcia one of the investors" she whispered.

"bakit siya lang?" I asked.

"others were not able to join us" she said. I just nodded in response.

"good morning Mr. Garcia, it's a pleasure to meet you" I said.

He Is quite charming.

"I am the CEO and President of CEB" I added.

"a pleasure to meet you,Mrs. Valdes."

"it's Ms. Valdes"

"I'm sorry hehe"

"shall we start?" I asked to shake things off a bit.

"of course" he added.

As I was explaining to him on how we will push through with this project and explaining the technicalities that is written on a sheet of paper I noticed he wasn't even listening and I'm starting to get annoyed.

"Mr. Garcia if you continue to not focus on what I'm explaining I'm afraid you will not be able to cope with anything" I said and when I was about to speak again he interrupted me.

"has anyone ever told you, you have beautiful eyes?" he said all of a sudden.

"why, thank you. Shall we proceed with the thing we're talking about" I said to ease the awkwardness.

"Ms. Valdes do you happen to be single?" he asked and I'm starting to get irritated by what he is saying and doing.

"I beg your pardon? Mr. Garcia this is not a date where you ask personal info about a person" I said.

"I'm terribly sorry,Mr. Garcia but I'm afraid we can't proceed with this so called meeting of ours, we will just resume this when ALL of the members are present. Please excuse me." I said and stood up when I was about to leave he called me "Ms. Valdes!" "yes Mr. Garcia?" "may I have your number so I can call you when we will resume our next meeting" he said. "you may call my secretary, please entertain our dear investor, sasha" I said with a hint of sarcasm in my statement. "yes, madame" she said.

I went straight to my office and asked for a glass of wine, I can't get over on what happened earlier,

A tip for men who wants to date a woman:

-never be straightforward,especially when it's your first meeting with that woman. It makes the woman uncomfortable and uneasy.

"where is that girl that I asked wine for? Did she die or something?!" I said.
