"Dear God! Aren't there any other real estate companies that are available??" I said. "I tried calling all of them madame, pero they are all preoccupied" she said "for fuck's sake! This is outrageous!" I shouted. There was a moment of silence and finally "ok ok fine how-- when? God!" I said annoyed and angry. "I have not yet placed a meeting for our conference madame, should I set one now?" she asked. "yes immediately!" I shouted and sighed "Wala na tayong Ibang choice, if ever they would agree with our Deal then might as well agree with it too" I said with My low and annoyed voice "be ready, by next week or so, it would be all over the real estate news that Clavier Estate Builders are having an alliance with Martinez corps."i said sarcastically.
" did you set the meeting na? Sasha?"I asked her.
" yes madame"she answered
"uhm may tanong ako" I said,"what is it madame?" she said with a smile. "sino ang president sa martinez corps? After all of this years of rivalry, I don't even know if the owner of that is a boy or a girl" I said. "from what I heard madame, lalake po daw and also quite a gentleman and is also handsome too."she said" I assume those speculations also came from the people of their company, naturally."i said." no madame, other employees too na galing sa Ibang kumpanya Yan din sinabi nila na ang gwapo talaga daw"she added. "sya ng pala madame what was the cause of your big rivalry with them?" she asked filled with concern and confusion in her face. "well, honestly I don't know I know that it may sound weird but it's true when mama handed me this company I asked her and she made no comment I don't know why. I just followed what she said to not do or have something with that company" I said. I noticed her all shocked and mortified "aba! Aba! finish what your doing and go back to work ang daldal neto" I said and she laughed and proceeded with her assigned work.
Albert's POV
I'm in the office as usual, I don't have any paper works I've done it all😎 so Im just here with my partner in crime, tequila my drinking session was interrupted when suddenly I heard a knocking on the door "come in" I said "good afternoon sir, we just received a phone call that a real estate company wanted to have a meeting with you on Friday 9:00 am sharp" she said but she seemed nervous while talking "and this company is?" I asked but did not receive an answer "Clarisse, I am expecting an answer" I said looking at her, "it's Cla-avier Real E-estate builders po" she said with so much fear In her eyes expecting that I would shout at her. I am currently shocked and flabbergasted by the thing she said, wow! May meeting kami with our greatest rival in business hahaha
"I'll just squeeze it in your schedule, sir" she added. "ok you may go now" I said "uhmm wait!" I said "do you need anything else sir?" she said "what is the agenda all about?" I asked "it's for an alliance sir for their project in Baguio which is still in its pre development" she added "oh okay" I said and she left. I wanna call Michael and give him the details about the weirdest news

Michael is a great friend of mine he has been with me through thick and thin and was always their when I needed him. He is the VP for sales and marketing and is one of the board. And speaking of the devil, he just arrived.

"but don't worry, after that meeting is done I would automatically say no to Their offer" I said "well, that's your choice bro" he said with much certainty in his face. "siya nga pala pare, may party tomorrow sa laguna punta tayo I'm sure there will be lots of girls their" he added and winked. "I'll pass pare, may puntahan ako bukas birthday ng old friend ko and I have to attend" I said "ok I'll just go with Ian then" he said and left because he has work to do.
