[CLOSED] - Week Four Prompt - Sept. 27 thru Oct. 3rd

For the final Childhood theme prompt, we wanted to give you something that would allow you some artistic freedom!!

We have put together a photo collage with various childhood themes/activities. We all have childhood memories of playing with friends, pretending, playing games, and having fun in general. This week we task you with choosing one of the aspects of the collage and write your poem using it as inspiration.

From the photo collage above choose one aspect of it and use it as inspiration to write a poem.

Length – 30 LINES OR LESS

Style – Any style, Any form – (no prose)

We will be accepting submissions for this prompt from Sept. 27th thru Oct. 3rd.

Only one (1) Poem per Poet will be accepted for each week.

there will be a two (2) week period before we start the Poet of the Year contest.

At the end of the eight-week competition, all weekly winners will be eligible for the Poet of the year contest. However, we will announce an overall winner for the Biggest Competition Ever.
