"We will of course give you a few moments to think about this" Kingsley tells you. The five of them step away as you and Gellert sit down to talk
"Well that was unexpected" you say
"Very" Gellert agrees"Why now do they seek us out,why not before?"
"Because apparently we have the best knowledge of Dark Magic" you say
"On the one hand I don't trust them,they do work with the Ministry and only want our help as a last resort" Gellert says
"But on the other hand,if we do help then we will be free to live as free people and do as we please" you add
"True".

"I'm not entirely sure I want to help the Ministry after what they did to you" Gellert says
"Everyone has the ability to change with time Gellert,even you" you tell him
"Yes,the world could not believe that I was actually married when they stopped me" Gellert says
"Yeah some people thought and probably still do,that I never agreed to marry you willingly" you remind him
"I'm not convinced the Ministry has changed, judging by Tina Scamander's actions, but this Harry Potter I do not know..." Gellert thinks.

After a few more moments of talking, you had made your choice. The five of them returned
"Do you have a answer?" Harry asks
"We agree to help you" you say
"But,I have some terms" Gellert says to Kingsley
"Go on"
"Firstly I wish to know that if our knowledge we give you any time goes wrong,you will not blame us and send us back to jail".

"Of course" Kingsley says
"The knowledge we give is to be only used by people that know how to use it,not young idiots" you add
"That's obvious" Tina states,you glare at her
"Under no circumstances will we be separated ever" Gellert says
"Fine,is that all?" Kingsley asks
"Just know that even though we will work along side Ministry people" You begin
"Does not mean we will fully trust or forgive you what you did to us" Gellert finished.

"The trust part even I get" Newt says
"But not forgive part?" Queenie asks
"Let me explain it to you" You say"You married Jacob?"Queenie nods "You have children together?" Another nod"And those children will carry on the Kowalski name when you die"
"Yes" Queenie says
"Well when we die,no one will carry on the Grindelwald name" you say
"What? How?" Queenie asks
"A few days after being locked away here...they came for me" you say
"They took my wife and made it physically impossible for her to ever have children" Gellert finished.

Their is silence,none of the five before you knew that piece of information. Both Tina and Queenie know what it is like to have children, how much joy it brought them. To learn that you had that taken away from you,is hard to hear
"Y/n I'm so sorry I didn't know" Queenie tells you
"No one knew at the time,it was done with out people's knowledge" you say
"We only found out from a drunk guard" Gellert adds.

"Even after what you have been threw,you are still willing to help us?" Harry asks
"Yes because people have the power to change" Gellert says,using your words"As we do not know you,we will not judge you of things you have not done"Harry,Kingsley, Newt and Tina did not expect that
"You weren't expecting Gellert Grindelwald to say that" you say"You don't know him like I do. You only know story's and rumors, not the man himself "Gellert smiles lovingly at you
"You have decided to put your trust in us,as I will do for you" Gellert says.
