11.1. Training Camp

Time skip 1 week

After our final exams, our first semester at U.A. was finally over. My classmates all managed to pass wtiten exam, however Sato, Kirishima, Mina, Denki and Sero failed practical exam. Good thing was that Aizawa told us that even those who failed exam will go to training camp anyways. But those 5 will have bonus lessons to make up for their failiure. After that we decided to go shopping for stuff to take into camp as class. Me and Shizumi ofcourse turned it into another date since we had to study all that time before on exams.

Now we were on our way in bus towards our camp.

Mina: Man I am so excited. This will be so much fun!

Jiro: Yeah

Denki: I can barely wait.

Izuku: You guys realize it won't be just fun there right?

Shoto: He is right, it is called training camp for reason.

Kirishima: Yeah, we got it, but we can still enjoy it.

Uraraka: Shizumi, can't you tell your boyfriend to chill abit?

Shizumi: I think I'll pass on that.

She then rested her head on my shoulder and I rested my head on hers.

Izuku: Thank you Shi.

Sero: Jeez, get a room you two.

Time skip 1 hour

Aizawa: Allright, we are stopping here.

Bus stopped at road side cliff with view on forest and all of us got our for fresh air.

Jiro: Finally out of bus.

Momo: Yeah, it was starting to be tough to breathe.

Aizawa: I hope you don't think we stopped here just so you could stretch your legs do you?

When Aizawa said that a black car parked near us and doors opened.

???: Hey there Eraser.

Aizawa: Long time no see.

Then it turned out that those people were hero team known as Wild, Wild Pussycats. More precisely 2 members Mandalay and Pixie-Bob. Most of us got weirded out by their introduction, but we shook it off when Aizawa started speaking again.

Aizawa: These are pro heroes you will be working with.

Mandalay: We own this whole stretched land here, everything you can see. The camp you will be staying at is there at base of that mountain.

1-A: That far!

Uraraka: Wait, why did we go all the way here then?

Asui: I think we know answer to that.

Sato: No, that can't be right.

Sero: You know, maybe we should go back into bus.

Denki: Good idea, let's go.

Mandalay: Current time is 9:30. If you will push yourselves, you might get there by noon.

Kirishima: Save yourselves!

All of us started running towards bus.

Mandalay: If you won't get there before 14:30, you won't get any lunch.

Aizawa: You should already guess, your training camp has already began.

Pixie-Bob then used her quirk to pus hus all down from cliff. Once down we could hear Mandalay yelling at us.

Mandalay: GOOD NEWS, SINCE THIS IS PRIVATE LAND, YOU CAN USE YOUR QUIRKS AS MUCH AS YOU WANT. YOU HAVE 3 FULL HOURS. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET INTO FACILITY AT THAT TIME. THAT IS IF YOU GET TROUGH BEAST FOREST.

Denki: Beast forest?

Sero: That sounds like something from fantasy game.

Jiro: Why can we always fall for Aizawa's tricks.

Kirishima: Well, no use complaining now I guess.

Izuku: Yeah, let's just go.

Time skip 8 hours

Apparently, it looks like Mandalay set timer based on her abilities, not on abilities of students. We spend 8 hours running trough forest and fighting Pixie-Bob's dirt monsters. It was really annoying for me. Anyways now we finally crawled out from forest to facility.

Sero: I thought you said it will take like 3 hours.

Mandalay: I suppose we based it on time WE would get here. Sorry about that.

Sato: Now you are bragging about how much better you are.

Kirishima: I am starving, this is hell!

Pixie: Now, now, I thought it will take you kids even longer, but you done much better against my dirt monsters than I expecter. You guys did really well, especially you 4.

Pixie-Bob then pointed at me, Todoroki, Bakugo and Iida.

Pixie: I CALL DIBS ON THESE 4.

Aizawa: Is she always like this.

Mandalay: It gotten worse lately.

Izuku: Ow, yeah who is that kid over there?

Mandalay: Oh, this is my cousin's son who lives with us now. Come on Kota, don't be shy.

Kota was silent so I walked up to him. Strangely, there was something familiar about him.

Izuku: Hey there, my name is Izuku Midoriya. I am from hero course.

He suddenly tried to punch me into balls, but thank god my „Reflex" and „Adrenaline" kicked in and I managed to catch Kota's fist with little smirk. Kota was looking at me pretty suprised.

Izuku: You have pretty big guts little one, but if you are real man, you will punch me into face next time. Only cowards go for the balls, never forget that.

Iida: Midoriya, that is absolutely inappropriate lecture for child!

Kirishima: Actually these are basics of „man code" Iida.

Iida: You too Kirishima!

Aizawa: Enought playing around. Get your stuff from bus, once your bags will be in your rooms you will have dinner in cafetiria. After that you can bathe and sleep. Your training will start early so you better get to it.

4 hours later

Once we unpacked we had finally dinner. We were all eating like crazy, but I guess that is not suprise when we spend 9 hours in hell. After that we went to take a bath in hot springs. Ofcourse Mineta tryed to climb over the wall, but I stopped him with „Air Manipulation". However when I stopped him, it turned out Kota was guarding on top of wall but he fainted from heat. I managed to catch him and brought him to Mandalay. She told me it was her who told Kota to stay guard there becouse of Mineta. However I wanted to know why Kota looked so angry when he saw us. Mandalay explained that Kota lost his parents who were heroes 2 years ago becouse of villain and that Kota viewed it as his parents abandoned him. I realized what was so familiar about him. It was that anger in his eyes that I used to have too when I looked at AllMight. But I decided to keep my mounth shut and went to sleep.
