Time flew like wind. The excitement and enjoyment of the wedding of the only Prince and Yuvaraj of Shaktigarh was evident in people's eyes. Saanjh and Harshada never let Arundhati feel any stress, while the two girls started getting little dark circle under their eyes, which they perfectly hid from makeup.
Saanjh, Harshada, Aarushi, the three were such occupied with work, as all the load of work came on them. Raghav and Diksha helped them, well, mostly Raghav as Diksha was pregnant and used to feel nausea, hence they told her to rest. Chahat was assigned not to make Tejasswi and Yashraj bored, but still Tejasswi forcefully sent her to help the girls while the two stayed with their Mum or Brother.
Sometimes Raghav or Harshvardhan has to carry their sisters forcefully so that they can take a little rest.
It was the day of marriage, and the whole Lal Mahal Palace was decorated like a bride.
Everyone was sitting and talking to each other, when Vrinda, the orthodox maternal aunt of Saanjh, spoke.
"Now Yuvraj sa is also married. I think Arundhati Didi you should marry off Saanjh and Harshada." Vrinda said and Rajalakshmi noticed how rapidly Saanjh's facial expressions changed.
"But Saanjh is only 27 an--" Arundhati spoke but waa cut off by Vrinda.
"Haye Ram!! 27!? I had Aaisha by then!" Vrinda spoke astonished.
Controlling herself, Saanjh spoke with a smile. "But Mami sa, that was 19th Century, and this is 21st Century. So, it's alright if I am not married now." Saanjh said, and Harshvardhan knew she was pissed. Badly.
"Do you have any boyfriend? Is it your plan with him not to marry each other early?" Vrinda cocked her eyebrow. She was totally against love marriages.
"No Mami sa. If I had a boyfriend, I would have been married by now. But I haven't. And moreover, I don't have any plans to get married. I also have some dreams for my to be husband." Saanjh said and added. "Also, I want to try my hand in Business an--" she was cut off by Vrinda.
"Girls must be under the line of door. They shouldn't work." Vrinda said sternly.
"Then why did you let me take my training under Brijesh sir, Maa sa?" Aisha, daughter of Vrinda asked innocently, making Vrinda fall silent.
Harshvardhan felt suffocated, and tried changing topic. "By the way Maa sa, Diwan Sahab was asking about departure." Harshvardhan said.
"It's 7 tonight." Arundhati said.
"I will tell Diwaan Sahab." Saanjh said and went out. Tejasswi saw her off mood and decided to follow her. She stood up and was about to go, when Rajalakshmi raised her eyebrows in question. Tejasswi gestured to a retreating Saanjh and Rajalakshmi nodded.
."Saanjh wait!!" Tejasswi called and Saanjh twirled.
"Yes Tejasswi?" Saanjh asked, as a smile made her way looking at Tejasswi. Tejasswi had the power to make anyone smile, with a snap of her fingers.
"Are you pissed?" Tejasswi asked directly as the two started walking. "No, not at all." Saanjh said.
"Come on Saanjh! I noticed your face." Tejasswi said bluntly and Saanjh's smile dropped.
"To be honest Tejasswi, I was. I was badly pissed. I don't know why Mami sa always wants me to get married so early. I want to start my own Business My own Organization! I have dreams!" Saanjh said exasperated.
Tejasswi took a sigh. "I can feel you Saanjh. After Bhai sa married Apoorva Bhabhi sa, some people asked me to get married. But I am not at all in mood." Tejasswi said.
