26: Injured

"Aish....fuck I think I broke my arm" Chaeyoung groaned while hugging her right arm and her back on the floor.

"And my back too" Chaeyoung added feeling discomfort in her behind.

She's rehearsing for Inkigayo and fell from the top stage due to a misstep.

The staffs rushed to her and called paramedics.

"Ms. Son, I want you to stay calm and breath" a guy said and showed Chaeyoung how to breath.

"This mother fucker is ridiculous..."

Chaeyoung thought but did anyways. Soon, she was put in a stretcher and a towel is covering her face.

"Owemji, who's that?" Dahyun pointed to the person on the stretcher. The girls looked to where Dahyun is pointing and Mina had a bad feeling.

"Twice you're next" a staff approached them.

"Let's go girls" Jihyo said and they head to the stage except for Mina who is curious about the person on the stretcher.

"Uhm..." Mina tapped the staff's shoulder.

"Who is on the stretcher awhile ago?" Mina asked.

"Ah Ms. Son" the staff said casually.

"Chaeyoung-ah?!" Mina asked and the staff nodded and went back to what she's doing.

"Mina!" Jeongyeon called and gestured her to come.

Mina ran to them but she's still thinking how's Chaeyoung.

"Aigooo m-my cub~"

"Aigooo stop crying grandma" Chaeyoung chuckled.

The hospital informed the Son family about what happened to Chaeyoung and they fastly drove to the hospital and barged inside Chaeyoung's private room.

"What happened little big sister?" Jeonghoon still managed to tease her sister.

"I was rehearsing. Dancing precisely on the top stage and I misstep and fell" Chaeyoung told them.

"Chaeyoung" her mom sat beside her and caressed her daughter's hair.

"I almost got a heart attack when the hospital called saying you fell and broke your body. Turns out, and thankfully, it's just your arm and back. This damn hospital will be the cause of my death" her mom said and they laughed.

"I think you need to rest. We'll go out and buy some food. Do you want Jeonghoon to stay with you?" her mom asked and Chaeyoung pulled a face.

"I think Jeonghoon should stay since it looks like the two of them really get along well" her grandma said and chuckled together with her daughter.

The siblings looked at each other and scowled at each other's faces.

Her mom and grandma went out the ward and the two of them are left there.

"So what's up? Heard you got yourself a girl" Chaeyoung started a conversation.

"The fluorescent lights and no, cause it turns out she likes you more than me" Jeonghoon said and sneered at her sister.

"Well I have more attractiveness and more sex-appeal in my fingers than your whole being" Chaeyoung savagely said and laughed.

"Jerk" Jeonghoon rolled his eyes but chuckled also.

"But you're very dumb. Falling from the top stage because you misstep. Tsk tsk dumb sister everyone" Jeonghoon said laughing and quickly avoided the smack of her sister.
