5: The Meeting

"Oh my god guys! It's the day!" Dahyun shouted and started to run around the dorm while screaming.

"Oh my god shut up!" Jihyo shouted and Dahyun stopped and pouted.

"It's too early in the morning, maybe later" Jihyo said and Dahyun's eyes sparkled. Jihyo is too whipped for her children.

"Ready everyone?" their manager asked and everyone nodded.

They went to JYPE building and gretted other staffs. They headed straight to the meeting room and saw JYP.

"Pd-nim goodmorning!" the girls greeted him cheerfully and he reciprocated the greeting, cheerful as well.

"Ms. Son is still not here. Understandable since she just went on a tour and just arrived last night but she said she's on her way" JYP said and just right after he stopped talking, someone knocked and opened the door.

"Oh Annyeonghaseyo~ sorry I'm late. Too many followers" Chaeyoung said and bowed to them.

Twice stood up quickly and bowed. Twice couldn't contain their excitement especially Mina who's nose is starting to bleed.

"Oh Mina-ssi! Your nose is bleeding! Here" Chaeyoung was the first to notice and gave her a pack of tissue.

"T-thank you" Mina accepted the tissues shyly.

Chaeyoung looked at the seat. There was a spot beside JYP. No, she would not sit beside him and where would her Unnie sit then?

But there is three vacant spots beside Mina. Now she wouldn't let this opportunity go right?

So Chaeyoung went beside Mina and casually took a sit beside her. Her secretary followed and sat beside Chaeyoung.

"Oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god" Mina kept on repeating in her head.

She can feel the warmth emitting from Chaeyoung's skin on hers. She can smell the strong scent, not of a woman's but not of a man's. It was somewhat in between.

She took a glance and was captivated by the younger's side profile. Rosy cheeks. Pinkish lips. Brown orbs. Long black eyelashes. A cute mole under her lip.

"Oh yeah. I bought you guys some food and drinks. I just thought that it's more chill and relaxing while eating when we are having a meeting" Chaeyoung said and maybe because she's a rapper, lots of her words started to rhyme whenever she speaks.

The door then opened. There comes 5 people holding Katsu. Ramyun. Jokbal. Teokbokki. Kimbap. Heotteok. Japchae. Odeng. Fishcakes. 3 boxes of pizzas. 15 iced coffees.

"I don't know what you all like to eat so I just picked some things" Chaeyoung said while rubbing her hands together. She really didn't think buying all of this was a lot but when she saw how much food is there on the table, she is flustered.

"W-wow~" JYP also got shocked at the amount of food.

"Meh food is life am I right girls?" Chaeyoung asked. And Twice got a bit taken aback.

Normally, when they first met someone that is very on the top, that person would either be quiet, be shy or just completely ignore their existence.

"Damn right it is" Momo said confidently and Chaeyoung stood up to give her a high five.

The girls were stunned by this especially Mina. Chaeyoung is what you call the free-spirited type.

In her own world that she manages. That she control. That she roam around free. Mina wanted that also but the kpop world is the complete opposite of Chaeyoung.

"Now, let's start the meeting shall we?" JYP asked and Chaeyoung nodded before grabbing a piece of pizza.

Again, very new to them. But Chaeyoung didn't mind. It's very normal for her and her company.

"Uh well, for the Collab. Ms. Son wanted to have one and that's with you girls. Ms. Son, I've already told you that we liked the instrumentals and everyone took a part in writing lyrics for each tracks. Now for the main song-"

Chaeyoung raised her hand up cutting JYP and swallowed her pizza. She was getting bored. She's not feeling what she wanted. She's not hearing what she wanted to hear.

"Uhm yes Ms. Son?" JYP asked.

"Just call me Chaeyoung and please don't be so formal around here. Is this what y'all do always? Sheesh" Chaeyoung said and took a sip of her iced coffee.

Now, Twice is fearing for Chaeyoung's life and pride. No one disrespects JYP like that. They looked at Chaeyoung's secretary who looks like she doesn't even mind it.

"Sorry? Sheesh?" JYP asked. Sure, legendary is Son Chaeyoung but disrespecting him like that was a no no for him.

"Oh I didn't mean it that way. Please don't misunderstood what I said. I just meant it's too formal. It's very awkward and suffocating even. Let's try not to be that formal but keeping it still respectful" Chaeyoung said and JYP nodded his head slowly.

"Alright? Then for the main song, I've come up with the instrumentals with the other producers" JYP said and Chaeyoung nodded her head.

"Now all we need is the lyrics and choreography" JYP said and Chaeyoung nodded her head.

"Then everything is settled then. Thank you for the meeting Sir Park" Chaeyoung said and shook hands with him.

"Huh? Oh okay?" JYP said astounded. He never really met someone like Chaeyoung and he might be interested in partnering with her.

Chaeyoung smiled and completely ignored him after that. All her attention now is with Twice.

"Oh Jeongyeon unnie! You're high note in One in a million, goddamn that was amazing!" Chaeyoung suddenly said and Jeongyeon blushed. It's very heart warming to hear a compliment from a legendary.

"Momo unnie~ eeeey~ food is life~ set aside your amazingness in dancing, your voice is actually sweet you know that?" Chaeyoung said and Momo blushed as well.

"O-oh? Well thank you for that Ms. Son" Momo said but Chaeyoung shook her head.

"Please call me Chaeyoung. I don't like formalities that much, not a big fan" Chaeyoung chuckled and the girls too.

"Tzuyu! I love you vocals" Chaeyoung smiled at her and Tzuyu shyly thanked Chaeyoung.

"And" Chaeyoung looked at Mina. Something about Mina just made Chaeyoung stop functioning.

"Yo legendary Son, you've been staring at her for a while" she heard Jun whisper from behind.

"Hi I'm Son Chaeyoung"

Chaeyoung offered her hand to Mina and Jun is stifling her laugh from behind.

"I know" Mina chuckled like normal but deep inside she's screaming. She shook Chaeyoung's hand and her heart started beating fast.

Chaeyoung didn't let go of Mina's hand and the girls are looking at them both. Back and forth then to their hands.

"Woah!" Jun shouted and the two quickly retrieve their hand back.

The girls' attention is now on Jun. Confused as to why she shouted.

"Woah... You girls are drop dead gorgeous!" Jun said and the girls shyly shook their heads.

Everyone started to just talk casually. Asking Chaeyoung about her career and vice versa. But Chaeyoung kept on glancing to Mina and so did Mina.

Hmmm don't you think it's weird that Chaeyoung was the first one to notice Mina's nosebleed?

Then maybe she was looking at Mina in the first place hehehehe
