56: Surprise

"Ready everyone?" Jihyo counted and nodded when all of them are there.

They went out of the van and stood in a line as the cameras click and flashes everywhere.

They waved and smiled to the cameras and waited till their manager can say they can go.

Jihyo noticed Mina and nudged her on the side.

"You okay?" Jihyo asked.

"Hm? Yes, certainly" Mina gave a small smile.

"Doesn't look certain to me" Jihyo said.

"... I just miss her..." Mina said and Jihyo chuckled.

"Of course you do" Jihyo said and Mina chuckled as well.

"Let's go now" their manager said and they went inside the airport.

(Flashback)

Mina and Chaeyoung are in a phone call.

"My love~"

"Hey baby~ are you going to see us off?" Mina asked.

"Ooohh I'm sorry~ but I'll be busy tonight until tomorrow" Chaeyoung said while packing her clothes.

"Awww it's okay baby. I know you have a company to manage. I understand my baby" Mina said.

Chaeyoung smiled hearing this. She has an understanding and loving girlfriend.

"I still need to go back to work my love. Text me when you a landed okay? I love you"

"I love you too. Don't tire yourself too much okay? Health comes first"

"Ne eomma~"

They chuckled and ended the call.

Twice is headed to their last concert in Japan. (A/N: I actually don't know)

Mina got the window seat and settled comfortably. She felt a tap on her shoulder and looked at her right.

"Here" Jihyo handed her a piece of paper.

"Don't open it yet. Read it once we're at the hotel and the girls are sleeping" Jihyo said and Mina looked at it before nodding.

She put the paper inside her bag and closed it. She looked outside the window and sighed for nth time.

(Last night)

"Sweetie, did you bring your cap and facemasks?" Chaeyoung's mom asked as she fixed Chaeyoung's coat.

"Ne eomma"

"How about the gifts you bought for Mina and her group?" she asked again and this time she's styling Chaeyoung's hair.

"Mhm"

"How about the surprise? Did you give the letter to Jihyo to give to Mina?" Chaeyoung's mom asked for the 3rd time.

Chaeyoung chuckled and grabbed her mom's shoulder.

"Eomma, chill. I'm just going to surprise her not propose to her" Chaeyoung said and chuckled again.

"Ignore mom's panicky attitude. She's just excited that she forgot that this was just a surprise for your girl" Jeonghoon laughed.

"Good evening passengers. This is the pre-boarding announcement flight to Tokyo, Japan. Please prepare your boarding pass and identification ready. Regular boarding will begin in 10 minutes"

Chaeyoung smiled and hugged her family.

"I'll text or email you eomma and Jeonghoon, protect eomma alright? Or I'll beat your ass" Chaeyoung said and they laughed.
