29: Time passes by

Mina and the other girls didn't interact with Chaeyoung just like what JYP ordered them.

It's been one month since she heard from the girl.

"I miss Chaeng..." Mina said while sitting on the floor, towel on her neck and water bottle on her hand.

"We all do... But Pd-nim told us not to talk to her for the meantime till the issue has cooled down" Jeongyeon said and sat beside her.

Mina looked and smiled at her. The first week of not talking to Chaeyoung was hell for her but thankfully Jeongyeon is there always.

"Now let's practice again or our annoying grandma will scold us" Jeongyeon said.

"I heard that" Nayeon glared at them.

Jeongyeon and Mina laughed together and stood up.

"Thank you Unnie" Mina said and smiled to her warmly.

"Anything for you Minari" Jeongyeon said and messed Mina's hair before running away.

While the girls are practicing hard, Chaeyoung is rotting in her ward or so she says.

"God I'm fucking bored~ and I missed them... I missed Mina" Chaeyoung sighed. Though her mom gave her phone back, she couldn't find anything that interests her.

When she heard from Dahyun that they won't be contacting or visit her again, she's sad. But till the issue has cooled down, they'll come back but the issue just became an uproar.

The social media has been divided into half. One that defends Chaeyoung and the other one who's spitting false facts about Chaeyoung.

Chaeyoung is saddened more about this and her family looked at her pity. She wanted to come out to them but whenever she try, there's like a thick boulder blocking her throat.

Chaeyoung sighed again. Then suddenly Mina popped up in her mind. Again.

"Goddammit why is it Mina again..." Chaeyoung shook her head.

"Knock knock~!" Chaeyoung looked at the door and saw Jun peeking.

"Unnie!" Chaeyoung shouted and happiness are seen in her eyes.

"Aigooo look at this poor idiot~" Jun said and gave Chaeyoung a light hug.

"Neomuhae unnie~" Chaeyoung pouted.

"Certified once" Jun said and they laughed.

"So I heard about the said rumours. How are you feeling?" Jun asked and sat on the stool beside Chaeyoung's bed.

"Honestly, nothing Unnie. But let's not talk about that. How's the kid Unnie?" Chaeyoung asked.

"She's healthy and kicking" Juns aid and laughed. She showed Chaeyoung her baby's picture and Chaeyoung melted at the cuteness.

"Omo she's wearing a penguin onesie! She looks like Mina!" Chaeyoung said and laughed.

"Hate to ruin the good moment but I need to talk to you about something. What's your relationship with Mina?" Jun asked and Chaeyoung's smile turned into a thin line.

"We're friends Unnie. Nothing more... Than... That"

Something about what Chaeyoung said made Chaeyoung's own heart hurt.

"It looks like a one-sided love..." Jun said and it caught Chaeyoung's attention.

"What do you mean?" Chaeyoung asked.
