39: Talk

"Hello good sir" Chaeyoung said and bowed to him a little bit.

"Welcome, Chaeyoung-ah. Have a sit please" JYP said and gestured Jun also to take a sit.

"I believe we are going to discuss about the headlines today and about my relationship with Mina?" Chaeyoung stated the obvious.

"Yes. But first, coffee?" JYP offered and Chaeyoung politely declined.

"Alright. To start off, are you really only friends with Mina? Many blog sites or articles and even news papers claimed you two are too close to be friends only" JYP said and took a sip of his coffee.

"We are friends. Best friends. Explain why we are too close with each other" Chaeyoung answered.

"I just find it strange that Mina looked for you instead of her family or fellow members when she had a panic attack" JYP gave her a suspicious look.

"Maybe I was the first thing that popped to her mind. I don't know" Chaeyoung said and JYP nodded.

"Hm... I'm old. I know love. I experienced it and it wasn't any fun at all. I know what a person looks and acts like when they're inlove" JYP said and looked at Chaeyoung.

Chaeyoung looked like she doesn't know what he's talking about but inside, she's wrecked from nervousness.

"You probably need to check your eye. I know a doctor. He's good" Chaeyoung said nervelessly and JYP chuckled.

"In your statement from 2 months or less ago, you never really answered the question of the netizens" JYP said.

"What is this? Interrogation? I thought we are here to discuss the headlines. I've explained it and here I am still" Chaeyoung said and Jun puts her hand behind Chaeyoung's back to calm her down.

"You did explain but is it the truth? Park Jinyoung doesn't like lying"

"Eugh... That's a weird way to say it..." Chaeyoung thought and hold herself back to make a disgusted expression.

"A hundred percent" Chaeyoung lied.

"Hm... Then thank you for your time. I really appreciate you coming" JYP said and offered his hand but Chaeyoung did what she did to him on their first meeting. Just look and ignore.

"I don't do handshakes" Chaeyoung stated and JYP nodded while pulling his hand back.

Chaeyoung and Jun stepped out of his office and Chaeyoung let put a big sigh.

"I really hate this" Chaeyoung said and sighed again.

"You were not careful and this is the price you need to pay. Another blast of rumours kid" Jun said and Chaeyoung sighed for the 3rd time. Jun got a point.

They went on their way, back to the CSC building. No words exchange on the way. Just the radio playing music.

"Mina..." Sana mumbled.

They're inside the airplane. Flying to another country. All members are still saddened by the fact Mina can't join them but this didn't let them get  down as they know Mina will come back.

"Unnie, are you okay?" Tzuyu asked.

Sana has been sighing a lot. Tzuyu is worried and a bit annoyed because of the sighing.

"Hm? Yeah... Yeah" Sana said and Tzuyu just nodded.

"Actually, no. Can I hold your hand Tzuyu-ah?" Sana said and looked at Tzuyu.

"Of course Unnie" Tzuyu smiled and grabbed Sana's hand, intertwining them.

"Thank you Tzuyu-ah" Sana said and squeezed Tzuyu's hand.

"Don't mention it Unnie" Tzuyu said and gave Sana a small smile which Sana really, really appreciated and love. Too bad, she thinks she has no chance to Tzuyu.

On the other seats, Momo is sobbing quietly. Mina's anxiety has taken a toll on Momo's emotions.

"Unnie?" Dahyun called her but Momo didn't faced her.

"Unnie?" Dahyun called again.

"H-hm?" Momo tried her best to speak like she's okay but she hiccupped.

Dahyum smiled bleakly to her and rubs Momo's back.

"She'll come back Unnie" Dahyun said and Momo nodded.

"Of course, s-she will" Momo sobbed.

Momo rest her head on Dahyun shoulder, a bit closer to the neck. Making Dahyun piss her pants, metaphorically, from the sudden action.

"You okay Dahyunie? You seem tense" Momo asked and looked at her.

"U-uh... No I'm fine. Just uhm uh... Yeah..." Dahyun stuttered.

"Dahyun, it's okay. You can come clean to me" Momo said and Dahyun's heart started beating fast.

"W-what? I D-don't know what're you talking about" Dahyun stuttered.

"She didn't found out I'm gay right? Fuck! Does she know I like her?! Oh my fucking-"

"Don't act tough. I know you're hurting inside too. We all are hurting inside Dahyun" Momo said seriously and Dahyun gulped.

"U-Unnie uhm... I... I'm in-"

"Shhh Dahyun. I know. You're in a situation where you feel sad. The big sad. It's okay. We'll help each other okay?" Momo cytted off and Dahyun is confused but shook it off.

"Oh... I thought its about my..."

"Uhm yeah... Okay Unnie" Dahyun forced a smile.

"Love you dahyunie~ Thank you for always staying by my side"

Dahyun just hummed but her heart is breaking.

"Yo grandma, sleep on that side" Jeongyeon said, irritated at the dozing bunny on her shoulder.

"Huh? Wha?" Nayeon asked half-asleep.

"I said sleep on that side. You're getting drool all over me" Jeongyeon said and pushed Nayeon's face away.

"Wha- ugh! Rude" Nayeon said, annoyed that Jeongyeon touched her beautiful face with bare hands.

"Shut up and sleep" Jeongyeon commanded.

"Shut up and sleep" Nayeon mocked and went to sleep.

"Grandma" Jeongyeon rolled her eyes and slept as well.

"Ha..." Jihyo sighed looking outside the window plane.

"I miss MiChaeng..." Jihyo mumbled.

Back in Kobe, Japan. Mina got fetched by her family. Hugs and kisses exchanged and they went to their house.

"My daughter, what do you want to eat for dinner?" her mom asked her while helping her unpacked her luggage.

"Anything will do Okaa-san" Mina gave her a small smile.

"Alright honey. I'll leave you be now" Mina's mom said and closed the door.

Mina laid down on her bed and closed her eyes. She's back in Japan. In her hometown where she surrounded by people she have known for years.

"I miss them..." Mina muttered and put her arm on top of her eyes.

"I miss performing..."

"I miss Twice and once..."

"I miss... Chaeyoung..."

"I miss her... Her cute laugh.. Her dimple... That nose scrunch... I miss her..."

"Do I... Like her?... But it can't be... Its not right... No one will like it..."

Mina sighed and took a nap.

It's not wrong to love someone Mina. Love is love darling
