*Hugo Strange's POV*

(A/n: Hehe bet you didn't see that coming!)

I had just inserted the lethal injection. And she seemed to be dead. I check the vitals and blood pressure. I also check the heartbeat. There was none. Good, now I can begin. My assistant Mrs. Peabody entered at the right time.

*Mrs Peabody's POV*

I had entered the lab and I saw that we have a new patient. She looks like she just died. That's good. The fresher the death, the easier it'll be.

Now I'm no scientist so I had no idea what chemicals he was injecting into her.

There was a blue, red, purple, and even a black liquid in the beakers and he was mixing the red and blue into the syringe. He found a vein and injected it into her bloodstream or what was left of it anyway. It also showed on the monitor where and what it was doing.

It had merged with her Blood cells. He poured the black liquid into the IV bag. And he surprisingly used another syringe, used the purple liquid, and injected it into her heart.

The purple chemical was encasing itself around her heart. It was also going throughout her body. Seemingly making a force field around her. It had also gone into her bone structure. The black chemical was beginning to take effect. It made her veins noticeable. She had gone extremely pale. It seemed as though she had been dead for a week. Her lips turned blue. Dr. Strange had opened her pupils and used a flashlight to examine her eyes. Positive results occurring. The black liquid seemed to merge with her DNA.

"Very good. Very very very good. Mrs Peabody I believe we are done for the night. We will be checking in on her daily for the next four days."

"Yes Doctor. I thought you said the process would take a week?"

"The chemicals are accelerating the healing process and is making substantial progress. So it would seem that we chose the right subject after all. It's reacting very well with her DNA. She should be ready for reanimation within the next few days. On the fifth day we will begin the reanimation process, and monitored behavior and progress before letting her out and into the world again."

"Very well Doctor. Good night." I bid him ado.

*Isabelle's POV*

The little girl looked at me with wide eyes.

"It's happening isn't it?" She whispered and closed her eyes and sighed, looking down. When she opened her eyes again, and looked up. They were no longer the sweet honey light brown. They were a bright green.

"What's happening?"

"Your being changed. I can see it now. You will be a menace and a savior to the people of Gotham. They will tremor at the mention of your name with fear and admiration. A blessing and a curse. The Nightingale of Gotham. The Penguin's Majesty. The king of Gotham is nothing without his Queen. He will be ruthless, merciless, brutal. You will be fair, kind, and helpful. But should any sword be bore against the crown. They shall perish by the queen's wrath."

"What? What are you saying? What are you talking about?!"

"Choose your enemies wisely, and no harm shall befall you, but do not take heed and you will met your end. Your strength will be mighty as will your love. But love will test you. Strength or weakness, it's up to you. There is a war coming no matter what you may say or do." She finished her eyes going back to the light brown they were before.

I was shocked. I had no idea what any of that meant.

"Come on Isabelle! Why are you just looking at me like that! Let's play!"

"But. You. You just. You're eyes changed color and you started talking like something bad was going to happen!"

"Huh? What? No I wasn't..." she said completely unaware of what had just happened seconds ago.

"Okay kiddo, you better start running.... cuz IM GONNA GET YA!" I said shouting.

She giggled and ran off again as I chased her through the flowery fields.
