Demi's POV

The next morning, I woke up at around seven am and went straight into glam for an interview at the Kelly Clarkson Show. I will be doing my glam at my house and then going to her studios right before the interview starts to perform.

"Demi we have to test you real quick." My assistant Tiffany says walking in followed by my personal doctor. Mt doctor quickly swabs my nose and then she leaves to go test it.

"I see that Max got his stuff. When did that happen?" Jill asks as she does my makeup and Paul starts my hair.

"He took a red eye flight yesterday to get it all." I say and they nod.

"He couldn't of done that last month?" Paul asks and I shrug.

"He was probably waiting for me to give him another chance." I answer shrugging. What Odell said last night about that actually made me think that Max was probably doing just that. Waiting for a second chance and for me to take him back.

"He probably was." Jill says and I nod.

"What time am I done today? Do you guys know?" I ask just as Siena walks through the door with a rack of clothes.

"You only have Kelly's interview today, right?" Jill says and I nod.

"Then you should probably be done by early afternoon. Why?" She asks and I sigh not really want to tell them that I want to watch Odells game like I promised because I will never hear the end of it.

"I was just wondering." I simply answer and they nod. I then sit back and let them finish my glam and right when I finish and start changing, Tiffany gets a call.

"You're negative." She says after she hangs up and I nod. Siena and I go through the several outfits and I pick out a simple pink velvet dress that is long sleeve. After I get dressed, Paul and Jill do final touches before we all get in the black SUV and start driving to Kelly's studio. On my way, my phone goes off and I look down to see Odell texting so I smile and quickly reply.

From Odell: Morning, what you up to today?

To Odell: Morning. Im just heading to an interview right now then I'm done for the day so I can watch your game!

From Odell: Good! You excited to watch me kick ass??🤪

To Odell: Maybeeeee... you better win though😂

From Odell: Ooohh cause you wanna go out with me huh?🤩

To Odell: Wouldn't be our first time🤷🏻‍♀️

From Odell: We're both grown now though. May be different this time around.😁😁

To Odell: Don't give your hopes up. I did just get out of a relationship with someone I was ready to marry...

From Odell: This sounds familiar. If I didn't know any better it sounds like you use me just to get over your exes🙄😂

To Odell: Whatever! No I don't☹️

To Odell: You're just someone I know I can talk to when I need it.

From Odell: You know I'm just messing with you. I'm always here for you🖤

To Odell: And I appreciate that. I have to go though, I just pulled up to my interview.

"Who has all of your attention?" Tiffany asks as we get out of the car and I playfully glare over at her.
