"Sit down Lani." I scold as Lani walks across the couches while I clean up her toys. It's been about a month since I moved to Cleveland, and I don't even know why I was nervous. It's been amazing to see Odell everyday and to actually be a family. I then hear a thump and I look up to see that she fell off the couch and I sigh as she starts crying. I walk over to her and I pick her up in my arms. "Are you okay baby girl?" I ask as she cries in my neck and I rub her back. She soon calms down and I wipe away her tears and kiss her forehead. "Listen to me next time sweetie and you won't fall, okay?" I say and she nods.
"Sorry." She says quietly and I smile and sit down with her on the couch.
"It's okay." I say sitting her in my lap just as the front door opens. "Daddy's home!" I say excitedly and she smiles and hurriedly gets off my lap and runs to the door.
"Daddy!" She squeals. "Miss you!" She says as I get up myself and walk over to see Odell holding her with one arm while the other holds a bag of takeout that he got for dinner.
"You missed me? I was only gone to get food." Odell asks kissing her as she giggles and I smile at them.
"Yeah." She says and I laugh and grab the bag of food from him then walk to the kitchen.
"So, you excited for the appointment tomorrow?" Odell asks as we separate the food and I nod.
"Yeah, this will be the first time we're with the new doctor and it's a guy so that should be interesting." I say.
"Hold up, I didn't know it was a guy. I don't want him looking in between your legs and shit. Nah, you're getting a different doctor." He says and I chuckle.
"Baby, he's a professional don't worry about it." I say and he rolls his eyes. "Plus, he's probably old so chill." I then say before kissing his cheek.
"Whatever. If he's younger than you're getting a different doctor." He says as we sit down to eat and I chuckle.
"Alright, fine." I say shaking my head with a laugh.
It's now the next morning and Odell, Lani, and I are all waiting in the room for my new doctor.
"I can't believe she's going to be here in a few months." Odell says rubbing my stomach and I smile.
"I know right? We have like two and a half months left. We need to do the nursery still." I say resting my head back.
"We will get it done mamas." He says and I nod. The door then opens and I look up to see the doctor and I'm a little shocked. Like I know I'm in a relationship, but he is an attractive man and I'm not denying that.

"Hello, it's nice to meet you guys. My name is Dr. Robertson but call me Mike." He says shaking my hand and then Odell's and I can see he looks a little pissed.
