It's the next morning, and we just got back into a room at my doctors so we can have our first ultrasound and see how far along I am.
"Baby, look, I have a little bump." I say pulling up my shirt to show him and he smiles big.
"That's crazy. When did that happen?" He asks placing one hand on my stomach.
"I noticed it this morning when I got out of the shower. I looked up when you start showing and they said between 10-12 weeks your stomach starts to get hard and it just looks like your bloated, but it's still a bump." I say and he smiles.
"I can't wait to see your stomach grow. This shits crazy." He says and I smile and nod.
"I know. I never imagined I would ever be pregnant with all that I put my body through." I say sitting on the bed.
"But you are. Like we're actually gonna have a baby together." He says and I nod.
"It doesn't feel real yet to be honest." I reply looking over at Lani who's playing with one of her toys that Odell brought while she sits in his lap.
"I still can't believe I'm about to have two kids under two. I can't wait though." Odell says and I smile and nod. Just then my doctor walks in.
"Hi Demi, how are you?" My doctor, Dr. Anderson says and I smile.
"I'm good. You?" I answer.
"I'm doing great. Is this the Dad?" She asks and I nod.
"Yeah, that's my boyfriend Odell and his daughter Leilani." I introduce as she shakes his hand.
"She's beautiful." She says and Odell and I both smile.
"Thank you." Odell replies and my doctor nods.
"So, you're pregnant? Congratulations." She says and I smile and nod.
"Thank you. It was kind of unexpected, so I don't know how far along I am or anything." I say and she nods.
"That's okay. We can measure you when we get the ultrasound started. Just go ahead and lay back and pull your shirt up." She says and I nod following what she tells me to do. She then squirts some gel on my stomach before placing the doppler on my lower stomach just below my belly button. "There is your baby." She then says after a couple minutes as she points at the screen and I smile big.

"So, based on your measurements and the baby's size, I'm going to put you just at the twelve week mark." She says and I nod. "Baby looks super healthy as well and is a little wiggle worm. Look how much it's moving." She says and I smile big as I see the baby move around.
"That's crazy." I hear Odell mumble and I nod.
"When am I due?" I ask looking up at my doctor briefly before looking back down at the screen.
