Demi's POV

It's been another month and I am thirty two weeks pregnant. I feel huge and all I want to do is lay in bed all day. I'm at the point in this pregnancy where I'm always exhausted and I don't have the energy to do anything. Luckily, Heather has been a huge help with Leilani while Odell is off at practice since he is officially practicing again with his team. His first game is in a few weeks and as badly as I want to go to support him, I don't know if I'll be able to. Today, I have an appointment and I'm going to be meeting Odell there since he has practice right now. I did change my doctor and I got a female one at the same office so hopefully she is good. They said she was and my normal doctor in LA actually knows her because they went to med school together or something so I am glad that my other doctor knows her. Heather is actually watching Lani at the house so I pulled up to the office and went straight in. When I got there I texted Odell to let him know I was here.

To Baby🥰: I'm at the doctors

From Baby🥰: Okay, I'm on my way. I'll be there in like 10 minutes.

To Baby🥰: Okay, drive safe😘

Right when I lock my phone, I get called back so I stand up and follow the nurse back to a room. She checks on my vitals and weight before leaving the room. I sit down on the bed and after a minute the door opens and I smile looking up thinking that it's Odell, but my smile drops when I see Dr. Robertson. The same doctor that I had changed because Odell didn't like him.

"I saw that you were coming in today, but you're with a colleague of mine. Why don't you want me to be your doctor? Did I do something?" He asks and I shake my head.

"No, you did nothing. I would just prefer a female doctor." I answer and he nods closing the door before walking closer to me and I furrow my brows.

"Did I make you uncomfortable?" He asks tilting his head to the side and I shake my head.

"No, but you're making me uncomfortable now. Can you back up?" I ask once I realized how close he was actually getting to me.

"Why? I thought we had a good connection? You know doctor to patient." He says and I shake my head.

"No, please back up." I say once he's basically hovering over me and my breathing got shaky out of nervousness.

"Am I making you nervous?" He whispers before grabbing my hand but I pull away quickly and scoot back on the bed.

"Look, I don't know what your deal is, but it's freaking me out. Just leave me alone." I say as he smirks. This guy is really fucking weird.

"Why? I think you're a beautiful woman and I know you find me attractive." He says and I shake my head.

"Leave me alone. I have a boyfriend." I say and he laughs.

"You really think he'a gonna last? He's going to hurt you eventually so you might as well leave now and come to me." He says before grabbing my wrist and pulling me forward as I gasp. I try to pull away but his grip just got stronger which made me wince. Just then, there's a knock at the door, and Dr. Robertson quickly lets go of me and backs up just as another doctor walks in.

"Oh Dr. Robertson, I didn't know you were in here." The woman says.

"I was just checking up on an old patient. I'm glad to hear everything is doing good, and don't worry Ms. Lovato, there's no hard feelings." He says looking at me with a strange look as I still try to calm down. He then leaves the room and I look up at the other doctor who gives me a small smile.

"My name is Dr. Green, but please call me Ally." She says reaching her hand out for me to shake.

"Demi, it's nice to meet you. My boyfriend should be here any minute so do you mind waiting?" I ask and she shakes her head.
