I stood at the window frustrated we had hit yet another dead end ,whoever was working with these Rouges was doing a very well good job at hiding themselves, no matter the information we got it still wasn't relevant enough i rubbed my face yet again.

"How is he" i asked the doctor emerging on the room,i didn't quite like Alex just because he was disrespectful had we not needed him i would had reaped his throat apart.

"Slow for a wolf but he is doing a lot better than the few weeks ago but we still have to keep him for observations " he said i nodded my head before walking away after checking the necessities.

"I received some few information they planning the attack tomorrow evening when you don't expect it" Alex said i looked at Aaron who had no emotions displayed

"Are you sure" i asked making Aaron scoff he didn't like Alex much only because the packs safety was his job and he felt Alex was trying to steal his job.

"Yes" Alex said without a glimpse of uncertainty in his voice Aaron walked to where he was sleeping.

"How did you manage to find such crucial information while i had been hitting a dead end for weeks now" he asked.

"Am a Rouges have you forgotten that"he said looking at Aaron ,they shared a moment of silence looking at each other dead in the eye.

"Would you two stop bickering up ,Aaron inform Martin of the new information we received,you make sure that the warriors rest enough to prepare for tomorrow and you ..." i pointed out to Alex.

"Bring your informant i want to look at him in the eye and i need more than just that are we clear" i said looking at Alex.

"One the very first reason am a Rouges because i don't answer to anyone especially not you Alpha" he emphasized the last part.

"One you in our territory which means you answer to me , fail to compile with rules set for this pack they'll be consequences are we clear or you need proof" i said leaning forward.

"Yes ALPHA "

"Good" i respond turning my back off him and walk away ,i fight the temptation to go see my father it had been 2 whole months since i saw him or said anything to him he had locked himself on his room lucky was the person who continued bringing food to him.

"We couldn't stop her alpha we on our way" the warrior says through the mindlink i close my eyes ,she can't do that although Jas is excited to see his mate after a month but she cant come.

"The reason why i gave you the role to protect your Luna is because i trusted you,you cant tell me you fail to stop a she-wolf" i say anger slowly seeping in.

"We couldn't disobey her Alpha she made a demand" he says i sigh loudly watching outside the window.

"Am your Alpha and you thought its okay to disobey me ,i told you when we in the clear I'll bring her myself" i answered.

"She said she has information about the rouges " he answered panick visible on his tone.

"I too have information about the rouges "i responded before the was silence for few minutes he closed his link making my anger grow larger.

"Look Josh whatever you think you know its a trap ,i know who the leader of the rouges is " i closed my eyes taking in her sweet voice before what she said registered.

I stood up from my bed pacing up and down repeatedly bouring a hole on the wooden floor, my hands couldn't stop rubbing my face frustrated, no not Alex he wouldn't do that but throughout the years knowing Alex he had been a calm person who was able to hide his emotions well, he mastered up his act and you would think he was okay, not once had he cried for our parents death.
