The weekly run i had been promised never came ,apparently as time went by but not at the moment , Dara was beginning to annoy a human i swear she had been complaining for the past month how she wanted to go for a run, it felt so long and indeed it was long, i hardly see the Alpha himself since i came here although I've leant to live with the pain it still hurt like hell, I haven't been outside for a full month now , I've only been seeing the sun through the window because i still was on lockdown , i wasn't allowed to talk to anyone the maid who brought my food would just hand it to me and leave the only person who broke the laws was Martin he did talk to me and he knew the Alpha would do shit about it ,we had quite built a relationship with him ,he was a friend to me and someone who kept me entertained here ,although he was breaking the rules by talking to me he couldn't break the rules by letting me out that would be disobeying the Alpha's direct order. I had made peace with watching the sun setting on the woods and the sky changing to orange, the was something calming and beautifully about the sun setting and everything was down including the busyness of the pack , my window was looking directly at the woods but below my window on a far left i could see the men of the pack and the Warriors of the pack training its no secret that Blackwood had a quite reputation they were trained to kill on the spot, my door swung open making me turn looking at the door my smile grew on my lips as i watched martin walk in he was carrying a plate of food on one hand and the other he used it to close the door.

"Eat your food pup" he said immediately a smile not daring to leave his face as he put the food on my lap, i indulge on the food even though i wasn't that hungry regardless of anything they kept me fed all times thats something they never did starve me.

"Where have you been it's been two days " i said pretending to sulk he squeezed my nose at that laughing as if he wasn't cutting my air supply.

"The Alpha, Beta and I had been quite busy the past few days the had been Rouges attack on the neighbouring packs" he said dropping his shoulders i lean looking at him with the look of curiosity wanting to know more "the Rouges seem to be attacking the small packs and recruiting them and the is a leader" i frown my eyes.

"A leader, Rouges thats unusual I responded knowingly he nodded his head brushing his nose with the back of his thumb.

"Yeah am not quite sure what exactly is the plan but we all feel it something big is coming “he said now that i looked at him he had eye bags under his eyes. "Plus the Hunters have been getting really close they call themselves 'the clan of wolves' which means they directly targeting wolves " he dropped his shoulders if he looked like this am curious to how Josh is as an Alpha he had too much responsibility and he needed someone on his side.

"Can i go see the Alpha" i asked he looked at me for few minutes like I've grown a pair of head before looking like he was in deep thoughts, a minute or two later he looked at me.

"Fine lets go" he responded giving out his hand to help me stand ,i did before we walked out the guards outside my door seem reluctantly at first but they relax after few minutes seeing i was with the Gamma of the pack he turned right going to the Alpha's office suddenly i became nervous and thought this was a bad idea i shouldn't have asked ,what was i going to say to him ,Martin knocked first before swinging the door open he walked in first before i followed he could feel my nervousness plus my palms were sweaty he squeezed my hand rightly giving me a reassures smile ,Josh growl loudly at that his eyes never leaving mine and Martin's entwined hands martin quickly pushed my hand away before turning without a word and walked out.

"Aaron needs my help let me leave" he mumbled loudly for me to hear as soon as the door closed behind me i flinch like he hit me.

"Alpha..." i started running out of words he rubbed his eyes and i saw the bags that hung below his eyes , he snapped his head up looking at me.

"What do you want dear mate" he snapped i swallowed my lips together tilting my head he looked good regardless of his tiredness barely been two months since he stepped in as a New Alpha he was already faced with the hunters and Rouges.

"I wanted to check up on you how are things going with preparing for the hunters and Rouges " i asked he looked at me for few minutes without saying anything he bitten his lower lip seductively before his eyes darkens i could have sworn i saw lust displaying on his eyes but soon his desk was flying towards the walls.

"WHAT ARE YOU WEARING" he half yell i swore i was shaking as a leaf in my chair my chest was rising and falling repeatedly i was wearing a jumpsuit. "YOU LET MY GAMMA, MY GUARDS AND THE FREAKING PACK SEE YOU HALF FREAKING NAKED" he shouted his nose flaring the tears burn my eyelids as i stood there thats how freaked out i was, he turned looking away running his hands in his fade before running to me his eyes soften immediately seeing the tears on me , he bitten his lower lip taking strides towards me, his hands cupped my face into his hands i felt it the bloody sparks like electric volts running through my skin. He seemed to have snapped out of it because soon he backs away from me slowly.

"Get out i have a lot of work to do" he said i wiped my tears before turning away to walk out  but i stood there for few minutes contemplating whether to talk or not.

"Can i go for a run” I asked the was silence for few minutes before i walked out clearly that was a no for me when i walked into my room Martin met me halfway he grabbed my hand and dragged me away.

"Where are we going" i asked he kept quite dragging me out Aaron the beta we bumped into him on the door he looked at martin questioning.

"Where are you going" he finally asked looking at Martin who raised his head looking at him he smirked a little.

"For a run Alpha's orders " he responded Aaron nodded his head whistling while he played with keys. Martin dragged my hand i beamed in happiness.

"Are you going with me " i asked he shook his head i ran behind the tree and stripped naked before immediately shifting and took off, it felt really good the wind on my fur , it felt like its been ages as i stretched my paws out running on the ground as i ran like a pup seeing candy, i played around and ran around.

"I wouldn't do that if i were you" startled i turned coming face to face with a big grey wolf  ,he walked slowly towards where i was i knew it was martin. " You getting closer to the border and the alpha is mistaking that as something else" he added.

"What are you talking about and what are you doing here" i asked

"Watching you i was given direct orders to watch you from the distance i think you had enough" he said i rolled my eyes internally before we raced back to the pack house he let me win on purpose ,unintentionally i tripped on the rock falling on the floor with a loud thumb in a minute martin was already harbouring above me evaluating that am okay or not unfortunately his harbouring was cut short but a growl ,we both turned to look at where it came from and the large Black wolf standing right besides us ,Martin stepped few steps away retaliating and Josh walked away indicating we follow him.

We had all changed back to our human self when josh opened his mouth.

"Collar her" he commanded his guards i swallowed looking at him as tears burn my eyelids.

"Why " i asked him he stood right there on not daring to look at me.

"Because you wanted to leave me" he whispered not wanting anyone to hear but due to my wolf hearing i heard him , collaring me would hurt both of us he knew this.
