My hand is still holding on to him tightly, even though his reaction says it all but am still hopefull, he suck his teeth before looking back at me , his eyes soften yet stern at the same time, i sigh knowing his words that would follow,he close his eyes blinking a couple of times not taking his eyes away from me yet not even intending on opening his mouth to talk, eventually the silence stretched with our rhythmically heart beat,the silence becomes more bearable and comfortable, slowly his hands leave mine lonely and cup my face ,i gasp at the reaction and unexpected electric volts shock my body, this seems innocent yet seductive pity i just gave birth so we can't do anything.

"He is being captured by moonshine pack ,we don't have a treaty with them so unfortunately what you saying is impossible " he said whispering i gulped the little saliva i had my mouth was now dry.

"But if you had a treaty they would let him go,he raised me ,he may have done some damages but the fact doesn't change please" i beg with my eyes now watering he closed his eyes biting his lower lip.

"Even if i ask for a treaty with them , Moonshine pack is a small pack, we advantageous towards them but what will we get in return" he asked raising his head to me,his other hand sneak in my waist holding me in place.

"A treaty isn't about who gets what if am not mistaken, its about peace torwards the two pack ,think about Caelan wouldn't he hate you for this, your father took away his grandparents now you taking away his uncle"i said.

"But i didn't do anything,i kept my promise to leave Alex unharmed "he said i chuckled lowly, glancing at my son.

"The fact you know he was captured means you were looking for him right"i said guilt written in his eyes i looked at Caelan again "you've hurt me Josh,harmed me physically too and I've done nothing about it ,you never treated me as your equal when i was, having Caelan changed my perspective about everything, I'll protect him with my life if i had been given the chance, even if it means protecting him from his own father i will" i left the statement hang hoping he gets what i was trying to say, his eyes immediately snapped to me , he searched my soul but he found nothing.

"You wouldn't even try"he said i looked at the crib on the corner before yet again looking at him dead in the eye.

"Its the least you could do after what you put me through " i said he tighten his hand around my waist putting on his head on my shoulders, i took my hand and ran it on his mark,right where it was suppose to be in, it was still unbelievable that i put that mark there, just yesterday i only had Alex and now i have the whole pack, he let out a throaty groan at my movements,i let my lips close to his neck and blew air on his neck before nibbling on it he dug his fingers on my waist letting out a groan yet again , i detached my lips from his neck before crawling back, he still had his eyes closed and his breathing pattern had increased, i don't know why i did that but i just felt like i need to when he regained his composure he bitten his lower lip and looked at me, before he could say anything Caelan woke up , i was about to stand up and hold him but he put his hands on my thighs stopping me from standing up.

"He probably needs a nappy change " i said he nooded ,taking him, but he quickly realise he couldn't change it because he quickly handed him back, i laughed at that.

"I've never had a pup before " his reasoning i laughed and said it's the same with me but here i am i did it without someone teaching me, he laughed and said mothers know best before watching me change him, when i was done he took him.

"Its still feels surreal that i did this" he said his smiling genuinely i can safely say this is the very first time ever he smiled or so i think.

"Believe it" i said fixing his positioning.

"About Alex..." i enquired i knew i was pressing the matter but i had to know ,he had Caelan on his chest as he brushed his back softly not taking his eyes off him he suck his teeth yet again.

"I'll see what i can do" he said i couldn't help the smile that grew on my face hopefully it'll be permanent.
