"Well well  well "the deep voice said with a scent that i almost threw up at that "look at that you inhuman things"he said disgust visible on his tone, i raised my head and met with three of them, a gun on each of them, as usual Jas was quick to protect his mate as i pushed Lizzy back , the more howls filled my ears ,howls of help to their alpha, i found myself not on my two feet anymore but four , he raised his arm in intend to shoot me but he couldn't i looked at Dara besides me standing in her faw paws , her face told me of a Luna trying to protect his pack,in realisation that the guns weren't working they backed away , i knew Dara had something to do with it ,Jas jumped on them and immediately with no hesitation reaping them apart ,blood spilled on the floor,i flinched knowing the life i expose Lizzy too ,my head turned to the other human who was already shaking like a leaf on the floor, just as i reach him his hand raised above and pour soil on my eyes that i backed away closing my eyes, when i regain my eyesight he had stood up and ran i shook my head clearly they didn't know the speed of a Wolf , i ran towards him before i pushed my claws on his foot he groaned falling on the floor. I raised my paws above yet again and pressed them towards his neck the blood slowly spilled out and his eyes turned pure white immediately.

"Martin take mothers and Pups to safety and make sure my son is happy make sure everyone is in safety ,Aaron you remember the preparation we've been having for the hunters now its time " i said through the link as i ran towards the pack,the forest had now been filled with fire surrounding us , this was the most difficult fight we had , i could see dead humans on along the way and most of our warriors i flinched seeing where the fight was coming from, the night provided me a perfect cover of my black wolf as i hidden on the trees not letting my mate out of my sight.

"Josh"Lizzy said on our private link i turned looking at her eyes filled with worry , she walked few miters towards me "come back alive then I'll marry you "she said slowly i brought my face towards her neck and she did the same  originally the gesture was a hug , my head rested on her shoulder and so did her's before i walked away slowly i knew why she said that, Jas felt the same way protecting the pack but i was frustrated that she didn't want my protection.

"Come back alive too for our son" she said it felt like goodbyes,the words left me uneasy like i would never get to see her face again .

I closed my eyes before opening them again ,everything around me was falling apart,i remember the techniques Alex taught me ,i ran as fact as i could and before stopping myself and jumped torwards the human, he fell down and i dug my canines on the only place  visible except the face ,his arm making sure he was unable to use it i backed away and my teeth slowly went down leaving marks on his arm,i snapped his vein making sure even if i die he won't be able to use it , just as my instincts were uneasy i turned just enough to sense the danger, i slowly ducked as Alex taught me leaving the injured man knowing he was half useless,i raised my paws above and dug them on his thigh before going down,he groan loudly dropping the gun on the floor and he followed i dug my paws yet again on his chest and twisted it ,just as i did that i felt a pain right on my chest making me fall down on the floor.

Tears blurred my vision as i fell the mate bond slowly seeping away and weakened immediately,my anger grew huge and bigger ,i turned to look around but i didn't see him ,my focus was on the men right not far from me ,i focussed on their hearts stopping beating in few minutes they feel on the floor following each other ,the remaining my focus was the burning in the forests and indeed i felt their screams,i feel on the floor as my whole energy gone,instead of feeling the pain i did minutes ago ,it wasn't there,It's like it didn't exist.

"Josh...josh talk to me" i said desperately but nothing, Dara had no stregth anymore she gave me back the power as i shifted back to my human self "josh" i whispered laying there tears fell down my eyes.

"I'll marry you"i said as my voice began cracking, i had no stregth to stand up, i wanted to hear him yet again.

"I love you" i whispered.
