I kept staring at myself in the mirror. Loose ringlets fell down my shoulders from my curling iron, my red lipstick matching the dress perfectly. I felt like it had been so long since I had looked... nice.

The dress somehow made my figure look so elegant and slim, hugging my waist but draping on my hips. I was honestly astonished with the girl I saw before me.

I wasn't wearing a bra and the back was very low, so that concerned me a little, but the dress covered all the necessaries so I wasn't bothered.

I exited the bathroom, the lock softly clunking before the door opened.

"Woah," Changbin's mouth hung open, next to an equally gobsmacked Jisung.

"You look fucking banging!" Jisung catcalled, eyes looking me up and down with an excited smile.

"Where's Chan?" I asked the pair, wanting to thank the boy for getting me this dress in the first place.

I was still so confused as to why he bought it for me. What's more, I was so surprised Felix managed to keep this a secret from me.

"He's back at the dorms with the others now. They're gonna meet us there," Binnie explained, eyes now returning up to mine.

I slapped Jisung's arm, annoyed. He yelped, clutching it with his opposite hand like a wounded animal, exaggerated hurt across his face.

"Ugh, I wanted to talk to him but you shoved me in the bathroom!"

"I was excited!" Hannie complained, pouting like a child.

Changbin rolled his eyes at Jisung, "We better get going if were gonna make the reservations in time."

"I'm gonna bruise!"

"Oh, put a sock in it, will you?!"

Grabbing a long, black coat from the coat rack, my bag and slipping on some red heels to match the dress, we all left my apartment and headed outside with face masks to hail a taxi.

The journey wasn't even that long, but Binnie and Jisung bickering the whole time drove me up the wall. I even apologised to the taxi man.

Arriving at the restaurant, I could see the neon signs standing out in the darkening city as the sun set in the distance. It looked to be a modern take on traditional Korean cuisine and as we entered, greeting a door man, the red and orange ambient lighting made me feel warm inside.

I didn't know why I felt so nervous. I guess I just hadn't been to one of these formal things with the boys before. It was like a side of their lives that most people wouldn't have seen, minus their managers and other staff.
