You wipe your head as the sweat rolls down
your palm. 'Phew.. thank goodness. I really shouldn't be loosing my breath over some stairs' you thought. You walk down the huge hall, your shoes making an echo with the large ceilings. You look at every door, each one has a golden plate in the middle, representing the room number. You lifted your hand to look at your key again. 347ua it read, so it should be this way.
You turned left and walked a little more until you finally found your room. The door handle was shiny and untouched. You placed your key into it's slot and turned it around until the door slowly cracked open, a breeze brushing your face as you stepped in.
It was dark and empty but even still, you couldn't help but project a huge smile upon your face.
You sat down your bags in the corner of the room and slammed your hands together.
"Okay!" you said out loud. "Time to make this place my very own."
You walked over to the boxes stacked in the middle of the room. Your furniture was shipped from your house to avoid the hassle of lugging it here along with your bags. You swung open the first box, medium sized, and pulled out your favorite blanket. You stared at it draped over your hands, the corners of it grazing the ground. You let out a long tired sigh.
"I wish you could see me now Akuma Yami. I'm finally going to be a hero, just like you told me I would be. I finally made it to U.A." You look up at the sky and grin, "Maybe one day you'll see me."
Flash-Back
"Good morning y/n how are you? About yesterday... I'm sorry your mom made you embarrassed like that"
You placed your hand behind your head and gave a weak smile. "Oh no, it's alright Aku, i'm sure she didn't mean to."
"But... maybe your right. But still, she totally didn't hold back when you made your school project about U.A. She didn't even let you present it!" Akuma said, placing her small warm hand on your head.
You bit your lip, looking down again. "My mom only wants the best for me that's all" you said, knowing you couldn't help but to second guess your words as well.
"Well I have something that should cheer you up!" she said excitedly. She slumped down and dug through her bag. After a couple of seconds she pulled out what seemed to be like a homemade blanket.
You look at it confused, until she spread it out across the table. It was a large bed like blanket. It was black and had a huge brightly colored lighting bolt right in the middle, and the best part was "Thunkissed" written right in the middle of the bolt in red colors. You gasped and covered your mouth with your hands.
"Aku! You didn't have to do this. I mean this is too much! How much did you pay for all this material and how many hours did it take you to sew all this together?" You bowed, placing your hands together. "Thank you so so much!"
Akuma giggled pushing the blanket across the table and into your lap.
A group of boys came into the library. Normally, no one comes in here, and if they do it's to get their hands on a book about how to get into high school. You look up and watch as one of the boys laughs hysterically.
"Haha! Yeah right!" one of the boys scream out. "Did you see the way she ran after her mom totally blew it for her yesterday! Talk about crazy. I bet you she will turn out just as much as a control freak as her mother."
Your eyes widened and you could almost feel your heart sink into your stomach.
The boy let out another laugh turning to the rest of the group that was with him.
